I have been trying for a week to order. Website exists but cannot check out with CART. CHAT and email ignore me.

I read through the reviews good and bad. I received the exact product as advertised. I removed a screw plate from a door which left quite an indent. It took me about 30 seconds to apply a patch . After drying I sanded quick and it came out perfect. I was expecting to be disappointed. Nope. So glad I ordered.

They took the payment and didn't send the product!
Better Business Bureau will be notified next.

This product is a joke , the way that they show the video on how it works is totally fraudulent if you see the tube that they’re using on the video that they promote on Facebook it’s a completely different tube from what they send so basically the product that they are sending to the customer is something completely different. I applied it on a damaged wall where I used to hang up some thing and it’s just not doing anything I even applied it two ,three times and it doesn’t cover it this is just a really a bad bad product. It should not be in the market, it is a waste of time and money.

Great product but far too expensive. Other alternatives do just as good a job but much less expensive

I bought 3 tubes August 2021. I used it in one spot right away and loved it. But, tried to use it again and the tube was dried up. I opened the 2nd tube and it was dried up and so was the 3rd.
I contacted the company and was told they have a 30 day return and replacement policy. I responded to them saying the tube says 36 month shelf live and I got no response.
Go buy spackle it will last longer and much cheaper!!

I bought one safemend but was charged for two. Guess what I havent received anything as yet.

Bought six tubes and was very good at first, but the shelf-life is poor. When tried to use a few months later the product had gone hard and was unusable.

Originally when I go this last year it was good. So I ordered 6 to use and thy are hard cannot get it out of tube. Dry. And I am seeing thy are selling this nonusable product knowing this. Just ripping people off. I would not recommend this to a enemy and will voice this on every social media and consumer fraud and the BBB. DISGRACE.

Tried to use and I couldn't squeeze it out of the tube, seems like its solid. What a waste of money! Looking at all these reviews we have been scammed. Do not buy!

Horrible product! Tube was dried up on the first time i tried to use it. I bought it back in Sept 2021 and now just tried to use it. Supposed to be a shelf life of 36 months and told by their Customer support that i have to abide by their 30 day policy so there will be no replacement. Probably be dried up anyways. Total scam product.

I bought this SafeMend stuff in October and now in January I still have not received. I asked for my money back and the company is refusing. DO NOT BUY!

I bought 3 tubes of this, buy 2 get the third free. Just gone to use it, removed seal and put application tube on. Couldn't move the product out of the tube. Then took applicator off and pressed the tube. Put my considerable weight on it and got a very small amount out. Applied with scraper but it's so uneven the crack will look worse than before. What a waste of time and money.

This is awful! They make it look easy on tv but could not get the product out and the scraper is ridiculous ! Finally after stepping on the tube I got a bit out but trying to scrape it on the wall with that tiny tool was hopeless. I’ll need to go to the store to find something that will work. Ug. Don’t order this ever!

I made a purchase of SafeMend (ORDER #SM238319). I finally opened it to use and the tubes I purchased are both dry. I cannot squeeze any of the mixture out. They were both sealed, so no air should’ve penetrated. The company sent defective products and because I didn’t test them before their refund period they refuse to fix the issue.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Ended up being 4 of these. Free stuff they said they would send along they never did. After about a month of keeping these in my drawer (they have atleast a 36 month shelf life) all 4 containers were hard and nothing would come out. Tried warming up bottles, nothing. I decided to cut open a tube and the product was stiff and crumbly. Company would not refund me or replace product because "30 days had passed". They do not stand by their product and this problem seems common. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!!!!

I have used this product in the past and it has been great but, like a lot of people recently, I was sent an order of three tubes which couldn't be used (it was almost solid). When I contacted the company they would not exchange it because it was outside the 30 day refund/replacement time period, even though the product is obviously faulty. The product is supposed to have a shelf life of 36 months and I contacted them 4 months after purchase. The fact that they remove negative feedback from their Facebook pages also speaks volumes to me. Don't waste your money on a oompany that puts profits before good customer service.

This product is garbage. You couldn’t get it out of the tube, like it was about 4 years old. When it did come out it was clumpy. Tried getting a refund but i didn’t open it within the first couple weeks I received it and apparently exceeded the refund period. Junk, stay away. They deleted all my negative reviews (and other people’s by the looks of it) on Facebook and just keep the inquiries of their product and the few success stories they may have (probably from people that don’t know what a true sparkling product should be). If there were negative stars I would rate them as such.

Has not been delivered after weeks, and firm are reluctant to engage in any discussion. Reading other reviews, I am wishing I hadn't ordered, as it seems to be a waste of time and money.
After emails to company it was delivered today. VERY small. Far too expensive, though at least doesn't seem to have gone hard in tube. I'd say, don't bothered you'd have to buy far too much to fill any sizeable crack. Filler at supermarkets and diy stores would be better value.

I bought 4 tubes of this junk thinking it would be better than speckling boy was I wrong can’t even squeeze it out of the tube, they’re selling old stuff. I’ll never buy anything from them again
