The program was easy and user friendly, however the low discount I received is not what I was expecting. The amount of money I spent to register for the program is the same I received in my auto insurance policy discount. Go figure!

Charge you extra to deliver an existing digital copy of your finished course, leave you no choice because otherwise you have to wait 5 days to get the DIGITAL certificate.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I expected that the Safe Motorist to send the Certificate automatically to the Insurance Company (since they required the Policy number when registered) and not have us to manually download and email the certificate to the Insurance Company.
