Have not received merchandise. Pls either ship my order or credit my account.!!!!!!!!

Safepet is an absolutely awful and dispicable company, if you can even call it that. I purchased ONE dog seatbelt harness, and then was charged for 2, and a dog carry bag that I NEVER purchased! Their website has flaws and lies on multiple pages. Worst of all their quote “unbeatable customer service” NEVER answers emails and is extremely frustrating to communicate with. After I noticed that I had been charged for things that I had never purchased, I immediately emailed them, only to find out that there was NO canceling and returns would cost more than the original product did. Please don’t be fooled, and PLEASE do not buy anything from this horrible, awful group of scammers.

They subscribe you to monthly charges without telling you, charge you twice for the product and also you will never receive the product. This is a scam and I suggest you NEVER buy from this company. I had to cancel my banking account because they were lying to me saying that they will cancel the monthly charges and never did so. They owe me 150$ because I realized just a few days after.. Imagine if I didn't look and months has passed I would be charged over 1,000$.

If you don't want to get scammed then do not purchase from this company I promise you its a headache, I tried to contact customer service a million of times and the response I get its like they are laughing in my face, asking me if I want a 10$ refund as a gift from them when they owe me 150$.. I never received the order and I have been trying to get my bank to help me and dispute.. I spent weeks on this and trust me I will never ever purchase anything in my life online because of this company.

This company is a scam! They offer great deals only to pull you in and sign you up for a subscription! I started getting charged $39.95 a month when I never authorized this. When I emailed them (they have no customer support phone #), they said that I did purchase it and that they would not cancel it. I tried reasoning with them for a week and ultimately had to cancel my card. Don't fall for their advertisements!

You can not teach any customer service by phone or email to support site. Things were added to my cart I did not order and couldn’t be removed. Without knowing when you get the VIP box , your subscribing to monthly deliveries. A horrible experience going in 5 was so far and still can’t get any direct answers 👎👎👎

The items I got for my dog are way to big even though I ordered a small small is not small enough you need to ask your customers what kind of dog do they have now I'm stuck with something that's to big and weighs more than her

The second harness wasn't like the other one.suppose to be identical.please send in red.please Send the other harness.

If I could give no stars I would!! They over charged me on the seatbelts then agreed to a full refund then told me it would cost me more to send it back after our agreement, and I had canceled my order before it shipped because they would not correct their mistake on the over charge so I am still fighting to get my money back these people are a scam. I have turned them over to the Better Business Bureau I would never recommend them to anyone and there products come from China and they dont tell you that till after you have paid
