I would give zero stars if I could. The service itself is decent, just not exactly what I needed. However, trying to cancel is an absolute nightmare. You can't easily cancel on the website, you have to contact them. And they string it our for days. You ask to cancel and they finally reply trying to convince you to stay and asking why you didn't like the product. And they do this multiple times. Even if you wanted to cancel within the 7 day trial period, they basically make it impossible by drawing the process out for so many days. My account is still not cancelled. The last email I got back asked me how I purchased the product (thru website or app store). Supposedly that makes a difference for cancelling my account?!? Never encountered that before from a company. D not buy this product unless you are sure you want to keep it forever.
