We urgently needed 15 barriers for a event just 48hrs away. Spoke to Jack who managed to arrange delivery within that frame and beat the price of other companies. Excellent customer service throughout. Would highly recommended this company

Little bit nervous using a new contractor, especially as I had to pay up front in full long before the fencing arrived for carnival. Service was 💯 and Sophie was brilliant at keeping me informed of progress - now my go to fencing contractor.

Working in probate law, our team are reliant on companies like Safesite. We'd received a recommendation from an auctioneer to use Safesite and we have been thoroughly impressed with their work from the start of a very big job securing an old property (far away from our office location), to completion of their work.
I would like to specifically give thanks to Sarah Lucas who ensured we had support throughout, and who dealt with a number of obstacles we faced with composure and the support we needed to get the job done. We are grateful to the teams attending the site over two days who worked hard to ensure the property was fully secured.

SafeSite Facilities provided an excellent service when we needed site fencing at short notice. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Jack Fry in particular was a great help – he kept me updated, returned calls when promised, and even went out of his way to liaise with other logistics teams to make sure the fencing arrived on time. A very professional and reliable experience from start to finish.

While working for safesite as a delivery driver, I was involved in a minor rtc that resulted in damage to a 3rd party vehicle. A few days after leaving safesite,I recieved an e mail with an invoice for said damage, to be deducted from my wages!

SafeSite could not have delivered more. They managed to book a next day appointment when I called about needing to sitex my house urgently. The people attending my property were courteous and advised me well on what needed doing. And they came in 40 percent cheaper than the company that had been recommended to me by the council. I could not have had a better experience in what was a distressing matter for me. Thank you SiteSafe team!

Wasted months of my time and jeopardised an event.

I approached Safesite 2 months ago for a quote for our festival, received it very quickly and confirmed.

We returned the accounts form soon after.

Heard nothing, chased.

Heard nothing again, chased again.

Finally got hold of someone different who said leave it with me.

Heard nothing again, chased again.

Finally contacted again, to be told the quote (for an event in 7 days time) would be thousands of pound more than originally quoted.

Leaving no time to collect other quotes, we reluctantly agreed to press ahead.

To be told this morning, if we don’t pay the hire up front, along with a deposit of 10’s of thousands of pounds, today. It wouldn’t be delivered. 3 working days before the site was due to build.

They have had the account form the a month. Along with my contact details.

Luckily another supplier has saved the festival. But I wouldn’t risk it with Safe Site

From my initial contact with Harry to the final invoice the service has been exemplary.
When ordering online, you are never quite sure, and this delivery had to be 100%, and it was.
The whole experience has been 100% perfect from my first contact.
I will not hesitate in using your services again and indeed recommending you

Absolutely appalling service..quick to take my money, we required fencing for a dig up job & waited all day for the haulage company to deliver to which was ridiculously expensive!! We had to leave site at 14.15 for another job & they eventually phoned at 14.45 to say they were there, but we had already left.
I then said I'll cancel the order & there reply was it wasn't a timed delivery & we won't be refunded!!! Also saying that if we wanted it tmrw we would be charged again, I said no thank you.. & guess what the driver still turns up to site, absolutely unbelievable.. its cost over £530 for nothing but aggravation, complications & have had no apology or money back & no communication, I would not use this company again & strongly advise not to do so.. they obviously do not have there own in house transportation & have to use othe company's to support there poor service.. suggest using hirebase or similar. Thanks for nothing safe site :(

Both the office and on site staff provided a fantastic service and in our on site experience the representative of SafeSite Security Solutions could not have been more helpful at every stage of the site works and as such, as Architects, we will be recommending this company to our relevant clients in the future ! A1 service !
