Purchased a day key. Support took more than a day to respond to tickets when they answered they were very helpful they added time to the key which I ran into another issue with once again support took longer than the duration of the key to respond I gave up. Never even used the cheat spend your money elsewhere

Nothing too wrong just we couldn't get the hack working and it took just about the time of the hack to expire to maybe find a way to make it work so I paid 17bucks with tax to get a non functional hack. But staff was supper helpful and they tried their best so I gotta say thank you!!

welp i got banned in a game they had marked safe and when i made a ticket in there discord they argued with me and said its safe i only used walls no aim bot and my friend in another game got banned as soon as he started the game and when he brought it up in a ticket the admin had the audacity to say its not up to them to make sure there product works so naturally i try to warn people and give them feed back to try and hopefully improve there product sadly it seems that they aren't motivated enough to really care its sad that they'd much rather argue and kick people out of there discord then improve there product and oh i don't know make more money off it "you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink" people be crazy

You buy a product and they dont send it to you at all ( not even confirmation email).
Customer service is a total joke, they only Reply you to give you payement instructions, then it's complete radio silence. Since couple of days.
Their discord is flooded with complaints and unresolved support tickets.
If you push too hard, they just ban you.
I am convincted that all the positive review about this site are fake.
When you really think about it, where else do you see legit and random people
write comments that constently mention the username people who supposedly helped them and the name of the site ? It's simple : NOWHERE ELSE! Except by the owner site themselves! I should've paid attention to that detail way earlier. It stick out like a sore thumb.

We have thousands of satisfied users and an overwhelming number of real vouches across all major platforms, including Discord. Our customer support is active and consistently handles tickets in an organized and timely manner. The idea that we only respond to payment messages and then go silent is simply not true.
We do not ban users for seeking help. We only take action against users who break the rules or behave in a toxic or abusive manner.

I had a terrible experience with SafestCheats, and I strongly advise others to stay away. The site claims to provide quality services, but their support is practically nonexistent. They do **not** offer 24/7 support as advertised, and getting any kind of help is a nightmare.
The worst part? The **admin or owner** of their Discord server is incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you ask for help in general chat, instead of providing assistance, they **insult you and then block you**. They treat customers like trash, as if you're bothering them for expecting basic support for a paid service.
A good service should come with **respectful and reliable customer support**, but SafestCheats fails completely in this regard. If you're considering using their products, I highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to be ignored, disrespected, and left without any help when you need it most.
