Had an excellent experience with M3 self-storage; it's centrally & conveniently located, clean, great access hours and super friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
The only thing that would make it better is that it would be possibly to pro-rate the fee when you don't rent the full month.

I’ve used M3 twice now, and I have always been satisfied with your services. Everyone is helpful and it’s clear that the customer is valued! Very happy and will use again if needed.

Overall I am satisfied with th service provided. Good space, well maintained, clean, good access and security, good response thru email when necessary, and client follow up. It was smooth to get in and out, you can arrange pick up with them and transport support to move out. I will consider renting storage space with them again if I need it in th future.

Great service! They helped me when I had a last minute request and did not overcharge me despite being in such a dire position. Additionally, they were incredibly polite and easy going. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Really helpful when uk site wasn't working and I had to use Dutch site, especially as I speak very little Dutch. Step by step instructions given. Used free collection service and person was friendly and helpful. Visited storage next day and was given access instructions which were straight forward to use. Only slight problem was unlocking lock to storage unit, but figured it out. Would recommend.

I totally recommend USTOR service. Their booking website is very easy and user friendly. I needed a specific date and time to move my stuff to the storage and the client service guy found me a slot even if that date and time weren’t originally available on their website . Then on the day of the moving,the movers called me several hours in advance to warn me that they would come with some delay. In only 40 minutes the movers (2 friendly guys) collected from my house and carefully loaded on their lorry 44 boxes, 7 medium size pieces of furniture and an uncountable number of lose stuff. Great experience.
