FIRST AND LAST TIME USING THEM AS A SUPPLIER

Disgusting delivery times.
I ordered some PPE for my boys on site and PAID EXTRA(!!!) for 3-5 day postage (with every other supplier, 3-5 days postage is considered slow....... and you don't pay extra for SLOW delivery!)
8 DAYS LATER, I receive an email telling me that my package has been dispatched!!
Live chat was useless. They told me that one of the items which I had ordered was not in stock and so they had to wait for it before dispatch even though this was NOT stated at the time of purchase, as I would have just chosen another similar item, and I was not informed of this until I asked why my delivery was so late.
Order was placed on the 21st of November, was told via email that it had been dispatched on the 28th, it's now the end of the 2nd of December and it's still with Evri.

There hasn't even been so much as an offer of a discount on a next purchase....... not that I am going to use them again, but the offer would have been something.
No wonder they're just a small-time company with service like this.

Just waiting to see some reply from them below which is almost guaranteed to be some fabricated rubbish and a feeble excuse story.
Wait for it....... here it comes....... 👇🏻

Hello Dean, Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed your order, we can only apologise that your order was delivered late. Your order was dispatched but the parcel simply did not get processed. This is very unusual and our office contacted you as soon as we realised this.

We understand that you paid £4.95 for speedy delivery, however, on rare occasions, things may not happen as expected.

The reason for the unusual delay is that we upgraded our warehouse systems a few days ago. It appears that this has apparently caused a slight stock issue and a backlog in dispatch.

We dispatch hundreds of orders every day and the vast majority go to plan. Unfortunately in this case this did not happen and for that, we apologise.

As for delivery, we can tell you that we have checked your order and confirmed that it was delivered on Monday 2nd December.

I understand the frustration this experience has caused, but I trust that we contacted you when we learned what happened and did everything we could as quickly as possible.
