Temp works training. Was ok
Generally well presented training course with a lot of useful information. At times it was a disjointed and confusing. Presentation did jump around quite a bit. CITB questions were poorly written and would question whether they were accessible to some e.g. those with dslyexia.

The presentation had spelling mistakes, missing words and incorrect words.
The person presenting the course had clearly not seen the presentation before the day of the course so appeared unprepared.
