Do not order from this company, poor quality control and do not respond to issues.

Use Flexothane coveralls for potholing. Checked I could order two sizes & send one back. Yes, that was fine, ordered. Received a phone call to say small in stock medium would be later. Received small next day, fitted. I phoned them, no need to send medium, money refunded. Job done.

Last December I ordered binaxnow test kits. I wanted priority delivery. After about 3 days I was contacted by customer service and told they were back ordered. Also that binax now would not be a available for awhile and I agreed to have a less expensive home rapid Covid test kit substituted. I advised them not to ship priority mail now since it would not be available for next day delivery. After many attempts to reach them both by telephone ( voice mail box always full) and their online chat they absolutely refused to refund me the overpayment. I am a retired medical doctor and have ordered medical supplies for 35 years from many different suppliers and this medical supply company is the Worst supplier I ever ordered from. Be aware of this unscrupulous shady vendor.

Speedy service but I foolishly didn't check competitor prices and paid £37 too much for chest waders

Originally got my first order about 3 months ago some click work trousers in green. Best trousers i've bought in years for fit.They had adjustable waist straps cord tie legs and were so comfy.This week i decided to order 2 more pairs in black...completely different..another fiver wasted in postage..gutted.

I have always found the Company efficient, friendly and helpful. The products I have purchased from them have been of very good quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone requiring safety equipment.
