We state a 5-7 working days delivery timeframe (we are usually quicker than this) and in this case we kept you updated by email to let you know about a small delay which we managed to sort out swiftly and updated you again via email to let you know that your order will be delivered on time. Not made in the UK as stated on their website.
Wallet arrived with customs declaration on it, despite the website stating that their wallets are made in the UK. Clearly a lie! If I want something cheap from China, I will order something cheap from China. I ordered from this company to support a UK company selling quality products at reasonable prices.
Note: I have been in contact with Safe Wallets and the matter has been resolved with ease. They have said that some items are made in China and have apologised unreservedly. They will address the information on their website to reflect this. They have issued a full refund so I cannot fault them for customer service. Review rating amended.
