There is times when are service fails to
Deliver but what you have stated is not true (12 days late). The service is 1-2 working days your order was placed 15:18pm on the 6/01/26
We despatched your order on the 07/01/26
Unfortunately due to the Snow many delivery depo’s where unable to
Deliver so delivery’s across the country where delayed. Your delivery was out for delivery on the Tuesday 12/01/26 you told me you didn’t want the item so we issued you a full refund and an apology we asked that you do not except delivery of acrow prop should it arrive, on the 14/01/26 you took the acrow prop from the couirer even after we had issued you a full refund.
A full refund and the order for free and you still felt the need to leave a 1 star review.
