Buy cheap
Buy cheap, buy twice. Items smashed to pieces on arrival. No offer to replace as it was outside the 3 day refund window. Having had to go away due to a family illness I missed this. I'll stick to known companies that have good customer service.

Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer! I bought a light which has stopped working six months after installation. Phoned to get replacement and have been told I need to return faulty one before they replace it (it’s £20 not hundreds!) So I’ve had to buy another one, am waiting for electrician to swap them (at another cost to me) plus having to pay for postage return! It’s an absolute joke for a £20 light. Won’t use them again.
