Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, my only complaint was the large inflatable pens I ordered was too like the real thing.
It would only inflate periodically and would go limp when you were hoping it would stay up a fee more minutes. Unfortunately it would go flaccid and there was no chance of getting it back up.
Seriously the connection to the fan was faulty and I have now binned this cock. 😁

Use caution if buying from this company
Poor experience. They sold me an item which was not as described. Returned the item at my own expense and they claim they never received the item back. They claim they can't do anything at this stage, so this experience has left me out of pocket.
UPDATE: After a lot of effort on my part, Safield finally replaced my faulty item. Review changed from 1 star to 3 star to account for their cooperation.

Emily in Customer Services comes to the rescue what a star.
Placed an order for lightbulbs on 19/01/18 advised they had been dispatched One week later still not arrived Customer Services advised requested that I wait for a few more days. Monday 29th contacted them again no response from them not very good Customer Services.Spoke with Emily in Customer Services at lunchtime Monday 29th a replacement order has been arranged so now 😀 to her thank you

I bought 2 Wireless Rechargeable PIR Motion Sensor 25 LED Wardrobe Light £14.99 from Safield on 2 separate occasions. The items were despatched quickly & properly packaged.
The first light worked fine (good product), the second did not.
I contacted the company and they sent me a return label. They offered me refund or replacement, I chose the latter and the replacement again came very quickly and works fine.
So am happy with both the products and the company.
