Worst experience ever. Got cheated because I was gullible, naive, kind and trusted the guy called John stevens who was my account manager. Initially deposited $250 and he spent a long time explaining to me all about Bitcoin and trading and it was super convincing. Don’t fall for their lies. I ended up losing $6k euro as they said they would give me a “bonus” if I topped it up and the website did put that I earned about $2k from Bitcoin. Only to be called the next few days saying that all the money is lost and I would HAVE to put in 3k more to save my 6k. These people have no hearts at all. Bless their souls. What’s more irritating is that after realising it’s a scam, the original account manager stopped calling me and other people kept calling from different numbers and different countries every now and then and it’s super irritating. Never gonna get my money back. Hard lesson learnt. Please don’t invest in them. It’s heartbreaking

I can't find Sagatrade's website today. I am now 20K poorer. Criminals!

These people are a scam it's easy to deposit money and when you want to withdraw they approve what they want to yet you still can't get your money which they said 7-14 day and I've been here waiting now for 22 days since December 09, 2021 and all now no funds.
Don't trust them they will call you 3-4 times per day and when you want to withdraw they email saying the account manager will contact you and nothing

sagatrade is totally scamme when they contact me from non UK number like start with +47 to keep asking to deposit money and will help me to trade but when I have send withdrawal request they have start pain and account manager call me and keep ask to connect my personal mobile device or desktop with any desk app to make sure source of my £190 which I have deposit to there account. when I ask question why you asking this I have never been ask to verify my withdrawal request by any online trading company then he be come rude and very unprofessional and hang up the my phone call.

again today 30/12 Andrew call and want me deposit £2000 pound to take off my £190 when i say going to report you and call been recorded they turn of the phone harami scammers. update (23/02/202) they keep calling and threading me and rude keep asking to connect any desk and check my binance account.

SAGATRADE IS 100% a SCAM.

SAGATRADE!!!, Remember this name, It is a TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.
They are not based in the UK like they say, they are not regulated or Licenced and their address is fake. Thought it was weird that none of them had UK accents.
Their platform is very out dated and fake too. They are running a demo account on you and you are not playing with your money.
Your money gets lost in a whole lot of crypto wallets that is untraceable since crypto is unregulated itself and is a safe net for scammers and criminals to laundry money.
I have lost thousands of dollars with these guys. They appear nice on the outside but the whole time they are pushing you to put more money in to have bigger gains… DON’T FALL FOR THIS!!!. AND NEVER LET THEM USE ANY SOFTWARE TOOLS LIKE “ANY DESK” as they will hack their way around your computer and before you know it they have all your details.
PLEASE PLEASE if you have any contact with Sagatrade report them to the Cyber crime authorities, the more people we can get to report these LOW LIFE SCUM the better chance we have to put these guys behind bars

Sagatrate is fake nothing than fake , I invested in this company and they all lost it the only thing they want is more money out of your pocket , they give no withdrawal as they promised you , also the support is dramatically after daily calling them more than 10 times a day they let you just wait and wait , this are criminals , after 18 days I got a phone call to notice that my account was in bad condition and that I have to invest more so they want not withdraw they just want more of your money

You will not be able to withdraw any money. No matter how much their pretend interface tells you, you have made.
Alternatively, if you hate your money, sagatrade will be happy to take it off your hands.

I am absolutely devastated by the dishonesty and fraudulant practices of Sagatrade agents. I was helped by my son to go into my wallet on Binance to see that Mr Thomas Green had withdrawn all my bitcion, over $100,000 NZ dollars. HE HAD PROMISEDE A PAYOUT OF $140000 BEFORE Xmas. My binance wallet is empty. I will now be engaging McKinsysecure to recuperate my funds.

If you even think there is a possibility of a dollar made with these animals, save your self the bother and flush the money down your toilet right now.

The Sagatrade, I requested withdrawal of my money it has been more than 2 days, still, not any updates, and the Financier adviser David made me deposit $1250 Cad, and he disappeared, still now I'm not able to withdraw my money they were with me for the whole process to deposite. But not to withdraw. No one is getting back to me to withdraw money now it's stock in my account I don't know how to take my money from the account, I have E1482.60. please help me if anyone can.

Stay away from this company and do not give them any of your money, you will never see it again! Upon asking to withdraw money you will get a phone call saying that you need to share your screen with them in order for them to transfer the money! DO NOT do this! This is another way of getting all your details and scamming you even further. The reviews for this scumbag compamy will stay positive on trust pilot as the people working for this company are making accounts and writing fake reviews! Avoid at all costs!

This company is a scam, please stay away, it is not legit. They will never give your withdraw and also would call you at 5 am or 12 midnight

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN SAGATRADE. It is a complete scam. You will get conned. They - John Baker and Thomas Dyson are not to be trusted at all. You cannot withdraw any of your initial deposit, let alone any of the supposed profits you have made.

Scam company! Don’t be stupid enough to give or even share your desktop screen details with them…they are the scum of the earth and may they all be subjected to misfortune!

Sagatrade is a total scam. I operated with them for a month, from early October to early November and this is what happened. I found them (or rather they found me) because I was trying to set up an account for bitcoinera .com (which by the way is one of their baits). I made an initial deposit of 210 €, which was the minimum amount advertised on the BitcoinEra website for opening an account. But for making the deposit, someone rang me on the phone and then sent me an email with a link for credit card payment. The money appeared in my BitcoinEra account, but before I had the time to learn how to use it, Sagatrade called me again and suggested that instead of using bots I could have an analyst help me make my trades. I hesitated but ended up accepting the offer and was contacted by somebody else, who directed me to Sagatrade's webtrader website. After that, she explained to me how their business model worked, their different plan tiers, etc. I was then told that in order for a customer to have an analyst working on their account they should opt for the Silver package, which required a deposit of 25K€. I had no intention of transferring that much money but the analyst agreed to operate my account for a month if I deposited an additional 1K€, whick I ended up making. As other reviews have mentioned here, their staff is very skilled at fooling normal people like me, they are very nice on the phone and demonstrate strong knowledge of how trading works. They would also spend hours with you on the phone teaching you how to do technical analysis, how to follow calendars of relevant financial events, etc. The first sign that something wasn't quite right: on a Friday, my analyst opened a very risky short position with Shiba Inu without setting a stop loss and left for the weekend. When I saw it, I closed the position but most of the money in my account had gone. The week after, the analyst apologised and recovered the loss through small operations, and then I was left to operate on my own after that. Another sign was when a different analyst called me and started to show me lots of stories of people who became rich overnight, stocks that had had stratospheric gains, etc. At the back of my mind I was thinking, how can someone possibly use those examples to convince someone to invest more money, without even mentioning the possibilities of loss? A third sign came when their system was down for more than a day. I was trying to operate during the weekend to no avail. On Monday afternoon their system was back up and they tried to downplay it as a normal maintenance that was required for safety reasons. But how come you do maintenance without notifying your customers in advance?! Imagine that you have positions you need to close! 24 hours without being unable to operate could be catastrophic. But the final sign came when a third analyst called me and tried to convince me very hard to make a bigger deposit. He insisted for an hour one day, then called again the following day. After thinking about it overnight, I finally decided to close my account. I requested a withdrawal through their system, but apparently there was a technical problem so my analyst created the request for me and it appeared on the system, so I was confident it would go through. The next day someone called me and asked why I wanted to withdraw all the money from my account, if I was aware that would mean having my account closed blah blah blah. After I confirmed my intention, he said he would approve the request and call me the following day to make sure I had received the money. The money never reached my account and my request is still showing as pending on Sagatrade's system. From the day after I spoke with that person on the phone, the two analysts I had been contacting over Telegram stopped answering my messages, then blocked me. I tried to call their phones directly but those numbers don't take calls. I tried to call all the numbers I had, including their main support number, and none of the numbers work. So here I am, trying to find a way of recovering what I still have on my Sagatrade account and to share my story to help other people steer away from this company or other potential scammers.

I was pressured to invest circa £100,000. The bank stopped the transaction, investigated and reported it was a scam. I had already invested £15,000 managed to get £5,000 back but still trying for the remainder. They claim to be based at 115 Bishopsgate, London, but when I tried to visit their office, there was no such address. I was then given the usual excuses why they could not possibly see me in person (despite me being right outside supposedly "115 Bishopsgate?"). FCA and fraud office have now been informed.
