Jayne is a wonderful lady who helped us with our specific SAGE queries, although it became apparent that she has expertise on all areas of SAGE.
Jayne was able to reassure us and make us feel confident going forward that we were doing the right thing with regards to VAT returns and Postponed VAT (following Brexit).

Jayne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with SAGE50 and was able to break things down into simple explanations for myself and colleagues. We now feel a lot more confident using the software.

Jayne carried out two half day training sessions. She was very knowledgeable, professional, timely and adaptable to the company knowledge and circumstances; as well as the IT systems that had to be used due to security concerns. I have no problem in recommending her, as well as returning to her for any additional support if required in the future.

We had a one day bespoke training session with Jayne, carried out using online remote access which was easy to set up. Jayne has great knowledge of the sage software and we picked up some good pointers and have been able to identify where we can make improvements in our use of sage and systems.

I was tasked with setting up Sage as a new accounting system. I had never used Sage before. We had a lot of information to be transferred. Jayne assisted me over a full day and two half days online. She gave me the instructions of what to prepare before hand and helped with imports and setting up. We were able to start using Sage at the beginning of the year with no Issues. The first month end was successful with guidance from Jayne on reports and journals.

Jayne was so helpful for my recent online day training for sage one. Even though it was not in person and done virtually due to the current pandemic, I got alot out of the training. Jayne was great at talking me through everything I needed to know, very patient and personable. A very friendly voice who made me feel much for confident in using the system for our business needs.
