I regret using their service very horrible

I'm an "Essential Worker" so I ordered 5 Face Shields on April 16th - SA took my money immediately and then nothing but crickets. Not a word from them. For a month, I reached out to them via Email, Facebook, Phone and Live Chat. No answers, no responses, nada. Like they completely went off the grid. Yet, they're running ads all over Facebook trying to make more sales....go figure. Fast forward a month later (May 16th) and I finally file a case against them through PayPal for not receiving my items. Within minutes, I receive an email from SA stating that my items are shipping. Really? It took me filing a complaint for a refund for you to do the right thing? So today I received my package of 5 Face Shields and guess what? NOT what I ordered! A month of ignoring my attempts to get info on products I paid for, finally send my items out AFTER I have to file a complaint with PayPal and then it's not even the Face Shields I ordered? Seriously? Stay away from this company. They're obviously looking to capitalize on Covid-19 but they don't have the customer service or manufacturing capacity to keep up with demand. Rather than scale back and service customers in an honest manner, they're choosing to take all the money they can and customers be damned.

This site is the same as safishing.com. I spent $70 on face sleeves and only received $20 worth. Nothing that was on my order either. It had a tag saying that "NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE, BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED." If it is not what I chose then why did you send it? It does say tha that they will make it right. With that being said I have spent over 20+ hours on hold and now I can not reach anyone about my order. I have been told by customer service a new order will be sent, that was 3 weeks ago, never happened. The next person I talked with wouldn't even entertain the promise that they would send me my actual order. Now their system has been updated to a ticket system. I have been waiting more than 3 days for a response. I understand everything going on in the world with covid but this company does not care about its customers, just their money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Like my other post said I will be reporting them and hoping that fixes something for future customers.
