Shortage of stock delay
There was a bit of a delay with the delivery of my golf bag, but a representative of Golf SA Online contacted me to explain the situation.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience after I placed my order, no communciation updates, had to follow up, difficult to get hold of Nic, then issues with stock, had to eventually settle for a different shirt colour not what I actually wanted. Nic did make an effort to offer alternatives, to his credit hence the extra star. Propbably wont use the site again.

Putter Order
First Order placed and it was handled effectively and efficiently. They did not have my ordered spec putter in stock at the time but after waiting for the shipment the order was subsequently shipped with great care and with an incredible form of compensation for the delay.
Will definitely be back to order more clubs in the future!
