Saigon Skateboards and Cosa NostraOur range of boards:1. Saigon Skateboards branded boards are intended for beginners and intermediate fingerboarders. These are produces on a larger scale (21 molds used daily) and are priced to attract new people to fingerboarding and for the local market. They are high quality but made to be affordable. 2. Cosa Nostra boards are entirely made by hand and are our highest quality Professional Fingerboards. Veneers are hand selected and cut, production is limited and each board is finished without any power tools or electrical products. Everything is done by hand (shaping, drilling, sanding, graphics, etc) and finished with 4,000 grit sandpaper. 3. Cosa Nostra Customs (commissions). These are our highest quality boards but made to your exact specifications (see below). Who we areSaigon Skateboards is an Italian-crafted workshop dedicated to handmade skateboards and fingerboards—built for performance, finished with obsessive attention to detail, and made to reflect your style. We are NOT a Vietnamese company. Every board is made individually, not mass-produced, and never treated as “the same deck with a new graphic.” We specialize in custom commissions for riders, collectors, and brands, with control over materials, artwork, and even board geometry. Our Cosa Nostra boards are made by hand in our workshop, with meticulous finishing—down to multi-stage sanding up to 4,000 grit. Backed by 40+ years of skating experience, we build boards that feel right under your feet (or fingers), not just look good on a shelf.Cosa Nostra — Our Thing.Every board in this collection is built by hand in our Saigon workshop. Pressed, shaped, sanded to 4,000 grit. Premium woods — maple, ebony, spalted maple, exotic burls. No two are identical. No mass production. Ever. Custom orders welcome.Commissions - 100% Custom BoardsWe build exactly what you want down to the type of woods, the number of plies (and order of plies), concave, kicks etc . Where most companies offer a custom board limited to the design of the graphics ,our customers have 100% say in what they want. As these are very customised boards they do take time to make and we currently have a lead time of 27 days due to high demand. We will work with you through each stage of the process to create a truly unique 1 of 1 board tailored to your exact specifications. Prices vary on just how many hours and the materials used to make the board. If we need to source exotic woods and make new molds this does affect the price. If you only want custom graphics, please note that we do not use realwear plastic graphics. We are happy to hand-paint, engrave or make split-ply boards but sticking a plastic heat transfer design on a board goes against the ethos on which we started Cosa Nostra. To start the commission we kindly ask you to email us at info@saigonskateboards.com and we can begin to make your dream board a reality.
