I needed a repair to my caravan awning, where the tape and a seam had started to come apart. I contacted a major awning repair company who dismissed my request out of hand. So I tried a local company. Darren replied within a few minutes, and after looking at my photos and a quick call, agreed to do the work and gave me a very acceptable quote.
I dropped that awning off and just 2 weeks later, was told that the work had been completed and was ready for collection.
Moreover, the final invoice was half of the initial quote.
I have been really pleased with the whole experience. Great customer service, prompt turnround, a really solid repair at a very reasonable price.

Please be aware this so called company are scammers! They take your money ,then totally ignored when the work carried out is Horrendous! After Numerous phone calls and Emails ,NO REPLY.
We have paid these people good money for very bad work and after care. On the website it is stated.

I have now received abusive threatening emails from DARREN owner of the company SAILANDCOVER.CO.UK

Demanded payment of cash. Now only denying i am not his client he has never done any work for me.
PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
They are very good scammers . Cheated us out of our money. Leaving us with a boat that will sink because of their shoddy work. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
