Up until setting up was easy. It’s all the other pop ups for feedback that is getting boring and tiresome. Use your own product regularly and make your own improvements.

Support was efficient. Chatbot checked the basics and once it has not resolved the issue - connected to an agent who picked up immidiately and resolved issue.

The customer service personnel is kind and effective. But the country mentioned “Taiwan (province of China)” really upset me.
