My Second Order With You

It’s my second time ordering ammo from you, and my order was automatically screwed up. My name isn’t Bill Meyers, it’s Ed Butler. Your system automatically copied my FFL’s name and address to the billing address as well as the shipping address even after I had typed in my name and address for the billing address. I had to ask you to correct the invoice order so I could pick up my order from my FFL dealer here in NYS and you emailed me one, but it is still not corrected in your system. When I look up my order records with you on your website, it still lists my FFL dealer’s name and address for the billing name and address, not mine.

When you go through our checkout system it shows you in a couple of places the shipping and billing details, including on a confirmation screen before the order is submitted. You can edit these addresses as you go through the checkout, and if you log in to your account on our site. This one start is specifically to the e-lander mags that I cannot post a review on the Saint barbs website itself. I purchased 20 of these mags on 2/25/22 loaded them up when I received them and threw them in my bug out bag not thinking any issues I would have with them. About a year later I finally had a chance to take them out to shoot on 4/19/23 and thankfully I did so and not had to use them in a shtf scenario because after the first shot on two mags I was having feeding issues. Two days later I take the mags apart to compare the springs with my hex, KCi and magpul mag springs and surely enough, the e-lander springs were all shorted by one coil. Since it’s been long over 30 days, Saint barbs can/will do nothing about it but give me the contact to e-lander. I try to contact e-lander, emailed them a few times, I have heard nothing. Their address, Israel, and or New York under some knock off store name. I highly recommend/suggest NOT wasting you’re money buying these mags especially if you care about you’re own life, thankfully mines or my family wasn’t taken in a defense scenario having to depend on these stupid mags.

Stay away. Unable to speak to anyone to resolve problem. Who doesn’t use telephones? Will not waste another penny with this company. Complete disappointment. Order 104220. Update: No one has reached out.

Update - Order 104220 was placed on April 7th, and delivered by FedEx on April 8th. I see that the email address associated with this order contacted us on April 12th stating there was an issue, and we provided return instructions on the same day, which you can also find here - https://support.saintbarbsbullets.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412014845844-Return-Policy and at the bottom of every page on our website. So far I don't see a return request has been submitted, but as soon as we get that request you'll get a return label.

I placed an order to this company on Jan 16th. The firearm that I ordered says there are over 100 in stock, and that standard shipping eta to the FFL dealer is 5 days. I have reached out to the company via their submit a request form and I have not received a response. I have made 3 request over for help with my order since January 23rd. Policy states they should reach back out to me within 3 business days. I have not received any correspondence from this company at this time, there is no shipping information, and my order states it is still processing, but due to company policy and a grade school level website, my order can not be cancelled or edited. This is the worst experience I’ve had with customer service, and I can now understand why they opted out of a phone number. Hopefully, this will be resolved. However I am not optimistic that I will receive an order from them anytime soon, or any proper human communication. If you read this and purchase anything from them you have been warned about a logistical and communication nightmare.

Not a vendor I would recommend.

Placed an order for several boxes of 357 Magnum and 38 Special since they had both in stock at somewhat reasonable prices. The 357 shipped out right away. 2 weeks later, received an email that I'm getting a partial refund. They refunded me 6 of the 10 boxes of 38 Special I ordered, but are sending me 6. Yes, being charged for 4, but getting 6. Thought great, first time customer and they're trying to build a customer base. Wrong!!! 3 weeks later, no 38 Special ever arrived. Sent email since they do not list a phone number to talk to anyone. Received a response saying I should have received the 38 Special around the time email about refund went out. I asked for a tracking number for the 2nd shipment, no response. After several more emails over the course of 2 weeks, no response, I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. Not a good experience.

Poor Communication and unreliable

I sent so many emails about an order and have been ghosted for over 2 weeks. I bought the wrong model pistol and immediately bought the right one out of good faith because I had read the return policy and received only 1 E-mail response stating that you would take it back. The gun is sitting at the FFL waiting on a return label. Please be true to your policy AND SEND ME MY RETURN LABEL!!!

We replied to your original request with instructions on how to request a return label, by going to https://saintbarbs.returnscenter.com/. Just put in your order number, email address, answer a couple of questions and you’ll get your label within a few hours.

We’ve been closed for the holidays and reopened yesterday, so are working through the backlog of requests and if we still see an open ticket from you I’ll reply again with the same instructions.

Edit - Looks like you already had requested a return label before the holiday break, but it may not have been sent through properly. I've just emailed you a new label, and processed a partial refund of the new gun, for the trouble.
