I looked on the internet for made in Japan pet scissors made of Japan 440C steel and at a fair price which Saizen was the best. Julie who is the owner of Saizen is really down to earth with customer support. And the scissors quality does not disappoint. I would highly recommend her offerings and service.
Thanks Julie!
