Dealership has scammed us

My partner and I have been scammed by Aram Yldiz from this location while purchasing a car from our local dealer. Not only did he attempt to sneak an added warranty into the sale by repeatedly telling us that it was included, but he also told us over and over that the loan process had no additional costs. Understandably we were suspicious and multiple times offered to pay cash. When it came time to sign the documents they were only available in Finnish and had two prices were shown. I asked the dealer why, and they explained that the other price was just because that part of the document was a draft, and that the price we were paying was the lower one. Their scam has left is on the hook for some extra 25% of the car price.

To compound this issue the dealer has refused to take any responsibility for the car breaking down after about 30 km driven, and immediately after it was inspected by the local dealership's recommended mechanic leaving it completely undrivable (the mechanic says they cannot explain why the car does not work).

We have attempted to remedy the situation with the salesperson and dealer but so far Aram has only attempted to gaslight us rather than attempt any solution.

Great service! Very helpful salesman :)

Got a great service from Egor Khaykichev at SAKA Espoo.
He was with me every step of the way while I was picking the car, provided with all of the detailed information and answered all of my questions.
When I eventually had to take the car to the service after the purchase, he helped me arrange the car inspection and it was covered by SAKA warranty, even though the consultants at the service place were not very helpful and kept insisting I had to pay for their service.

I've read a lot of review here before getting the car and I wasn't sure if I could trust SAKA, but now from my own experience I see their service is really good and I love my new car. So I figured I'd share this experience here too.

Thank you Egor for your help!

I bought a car from Saka as first-time buyer

I bought a car from Saka as a first-time buyer and trusted them for transparency and honesty, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The contract listed the car at 124,000 km, but the actual mileage at the time of purchase was 128,000 km. This should never happen. It shows a lack of accuracy and care.

Just two weeks after buying the car, the battery failed completely. I was told this was “normal wear and tear,” but no one expects a car battery to die in two weeks. That explanation does not feel honest or fair.

I was also told the car had just been serviced, yet I had to redo the service within a short period after driving less than 8,000 km. The previous service was not even recorded in my maintenance book until I contacted the agent.

I was assured that the winter tires were in “super good condition,” but they had to be replaced much sooner than expected. Again, this was not communicated honestly.

Overall, I feel misled on multiple points throughout this purchase. I regret trusting Saka and would not recommend them based on my experience. I hope they take accountability and improve, because customers deserve better.

Cars that break down on the second day of ownership

The second time I bought a car from Saka, second time it broke down the following day. Saka is a miserable company, where something fundamental has gone wrong in the operations and management. They seem to do very little to check the quality of both the cars they buy and sell. I can't understand how it's beneficial from their point of view to sell broken cars, hand out replacement cars, handle all the after-sales maintenance, all why trying desperately to keep a customer relationship. It's a high-stakes gamble by a large company, also unfortunately to their disadvantage, as reading the news articles about lawsuits going on. Sorry, Saka, I'd like to do business with you in the future, but you just keep on making fatal mistakes. For new customers, stay away for now!

Selling used car without any checking before

I bought one used car from Niittykumpu shop at 11.7.25
I left from the shop about 16.30
16.32 I was back because the right mirror didn't work. The seller confirm it. He promised to take care. Still waiting. I had to go by myself to Hyundai to find a solution. Probably I must pay for it.
But the best of all is that.. Seller forgot to make the transfer to Trafi from my old car to them
He called me next day and asked if I can make the transfer because he forgot. If I wanted I could keep both cars.

Joonatan Tiirola

There was the guy Joonatan Tiirola. He is a gem, just a gem for saka.
I went so many places but this guy was the nicest, funniest and happiest. He is born for customer service.
Wherever you are, we just wish the best in the future.

More detailed info

Everything was good but it would be better if I had each and every information of the car like broken, rusty or any damaged or not in a good condition parts because sometimes customers would not know each and every parts of the car.

Some of the salespeople in this company…

Some of the salespeople in this company are joking, because it's the second time in a year that I've been interested in cars and these comedians start writing and briefly answering some questions and then disappear like they were magicians and don't answer any more. I'm very dissatisfied with these salespeople from this company👎🏻.The first time I don't remember where the seller was, but this time it was from the Saka company in Jyväskylä.

I visited the Herttoniemi location for a car wash, and Markus recognized me. He asked if I bought the car he handed over for a test drive, and I mentioned accidentally scratching the loading area while handling the winter tires. Markus checked it out and had the service department fix it during the wash. I couldn’t have been more grateful- great customer service!

We asked our car dealer numerous questions and had many doubts. We were not the easiest customers, but she was persistent and patient throughout the process. She demonstrated a very strong work ethic and an iron attitude, always staying composed. Her solid expertise and honesty helped dispel all our doubts and won us over with her professionalism. It was easy to work with her, and she was readily accessible whenever needed.

Almost every second car from saka has…

Almost every second car from saka has some serious issues. Got a Toyota yaris 2008, it has serious issues in gear box. We found within hour of purchase. We forced saka to exchange or return. They only offered repair. Which took a month of time. But car has so many other issues. As a buyer we don't know what the condition of car is, such big dealers are responsible to give us detail info of car. They hide major issues by small fix. Never buy any used car from them.

MY EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A TESLA MODEL Y…

MY EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A TESLA MODEL Y FROM SAKA!

In the end of November last year I bought a Tesla Model Y from SAKA Raisio. The car was advertised to be Model Year 2022.
I received multiply offers from the salesman with different monthly payments depending on how much I put I down payment. In all those offers the car has been offered as YEAR 2022. EVEN the salesman reffered to a another 2022 and said that it's the same MODEL YEAR.
The delivery receipt of the car also says 2022 and not 2021.

Then two weeks after the purchase of the car and a accepted offer, I did accidentally check the VIN number cause I did realize that I didn’t have some upgrades like a 2022 should have (like heated wipers and AMD processor). Then I found out that they’ve sold me an 2021 instead of a 2022.
I contacted the salesman directly and he said that there’s no chance that he has sold me a 2021, so he researched for one day and checked with his colleagues. Then contacted me and admitted that he has sold me an 2021 and not an 2022.
He excused me for his mistake and started offer me compensation with like high-end tiers (I was already promised tires for 1000 € included in the original deal with 2022).
I denied the offer cause I didn’t want better tires, I wanted the car that I paid for, not an 2021 I wanted my 2022.
Then he sent me to their reklamation-site, they instantly declined and said that I have NO rights to get any compensation and they have NOT done anything wrong. Then out of the blue they offered me 500 € and denied it.
Then I contacted KKV (Konsumentombudsmannen on Ahvenanmaa) and he said that this is definitely on them and also wrote them a mail saying clear facts that they as a business has faulty advertised me as a customer without telling me.
They denied the suggestion KKV had to either fix me a 2022 as I have from the beginning bought or give me a refund of 4000-5000 €.
After suggestion from KKV I took the refund of 500 € and he wanted me to take it further to consumer dispute board and that will be the next thing for me to do.

I have contacted the sales executive, business manager and the CEO on SAKA without any success and giving them multiply chances to fix this.

I can’t believe how big companies like SAKA are allowed to do this without getting issues with the consumer law, what’s even the idea with consumer law if they’re still now followed?
I recommend everyone to be AWARE of doing business with them, they have NO arguments of that they’ve done it right.

SUMMARY;
I paid for a Tesla Model Y 2022 and got a Tesla Model Y 2021.
I didnt get;
* AMD Processor
* Larger batteri (WLTP higher)
* Larger HIGH-voltage battery
* Heated wipers
* Double glass around the car
* Less load-weight (the total weight you can carry in the car)

I DONT RECOMMEND, I DONT RECOMMEND!
+ I have more pictures and proofs + the whole conversation with the salesman.
I want to add, I have nothing against the salesman, he atleast admitted his mistake and excaused me, no one else from SAKA has excaused me for these problems.
