Nice tasty food with lot of variety

6Dec25 - Decided to revisit after 4 years. Has got worse.
Ordered Avocado chat Somasa chat, Chispy bhajia and Methi Ghota. Ghota never came despite ordering it. Avocado chat was just a smashed avocado with sev on it, served on a tiny cup saucer, not kidding.
Crispy bhajia was too crispy and pricey for the amount served.
Did not stay for the mains as there is plenty of other choice on the high street. Would not go there again. Don't know how long this place will last. :-(

Worst ever service Dickshah the manager doesn’t listen and when you have to raise your voice for this reason she puts the phone down. The collecti on service said all food order is jn the bag and we did not check as they said no everything is there . Not until 30mins after reaching home we found the food was not there it was a death anniversary of family member and said we do take away. BUT I was reluctant as thsi is not the 1st time whew Sakonis hatch end have got the food order wrong and with poor service to resolve it . They don’t care they don’t want to give a service as they feel jndons will take this poor service . I don’t agree for Sakonis to be treating customers k t his way it’s not right . The owner Janki has been emailed several times for poor service and complaints and not responded to emails back

We went at Kingsbury Branch on last Wednesday for Buffet Dinner.
There were no roti/nan/paratha option and they offered only Puri & Bhatura so we were foced to eat oily bread.
There were no Papad/Salad/Soup as always served in the Harrow Branch.
They had offered Pani Puri but the Pani was tastelesll. Just Jaljira powder with water.
No icecream as is alway there in Harrow Branch.
Tasteless Vegetables and Starters.
No Mukhwas as it is always there in Harrow Branch.
would never advise anyone to visit this branch.
This store wouls and should close down soon.

The service was excellent alongside a superb meal, great quality Indian vegetarian food.

Went today for Breakfast Buffet paid £12.50 + service charge and the amount of time waiting for food was very unacceptable. People were just complaining on how much time it took for food to arrive at the buffet station, tea almost took 20min, food up to 10-15min if you are lucky, place was busy and only 2 staff in the Kitchen, the lady on the floor was trying her best, but it got out of control. No Management on site.

Just order a papdi chat take away from Harrow branch
They refused to serve it like the other branches. Argued with me and said I would have to pay more to get it in the square box chutneys all mixed up!!
Never had this problem in Pinner or Kingsbury

They used to have ‘farari shaak’ on their menu. But have now removed it. Was also told it can be done only in the holy month of Shravan’ which is this month. But it is not still available.
Standards are going downhill with excuses all the time. No staff to make it etc etc

Excellent food and it was always priced compatative. However they have now increased the price significantly. Always go to Wembley branch and food has been consistent.

This is by the far the best Indian restaurant I have been to (Harrow branch). The buffet is amazing and the selection of veggie/vegan food and fresh juices is great. The staff are friendly and it's a great place.

The food quality has really dipped recently. They need to bring the variety and quality up to standard again so they will continue to lose customers like us.
