We became aware of “PT

We became aware of “PT. Sakura Bloom Investments” only after receiving a refund transfer connected to MOR Holidays / Maldives Online Reservations.

We had absolutely no contractual or booking relationship with this company, yet our funds were suddenly being transferred through them after months of delays, changing timelines, repeated excuses, and unfulfilled promises.

MOR Holidays later admitted in writing that they are unable to transfer funds from their own company accounts and are instead using unrelated third-party accounts to process customer refunds.

This raises serious concerns regarding transparency, traceability, and the handling of customer funds.

Despite repeated claims that payments had already been “processed”, no proper SWIFT / MT103 confirmations were ever provided upon request.

At the time of writing, the majority of our funds still remain outstanding.

We strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with any companies connected to this payment structure and recommend documenting every communication and transaction carefully.
