Breach of guidelines
This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Why? Simple. They alter messages. They won't delete your profile, no matter how many times you ask. They have proven themselves as dishonorable and dishonest. Customer support won't help, just tell you that I should stay and spend more. They give token credits instead of doing as asked and deleting account. I've asked DOZENS of times but they just refuse to delete the account. You will never meet anyone here! They purposely censor your messages and change what you write or just delete it. You pay for messages, videos and pictures that they censored, and received nothing. Don't be fooled by any comments they make here! I can assure you, they are only trying to fool people into thinking they care, but they don't. If it were an honorable and honest company, they would delete accounts when asked! They won't!

Your requested response Sakuradate.com
According to this corrupt website, I have been given a response from the company deny the things that happened to me. I have screen shots of the altered messages Sakuradate.com!!! I have screen shots requesting my account be closed. Which to this point, it has still not happened and I requested it over a month ago!! I requested a refund after learning my messages were being altered!! That did not happen!! I requested my account be closed, refunded and my card be removed from your system, INSTEAD, I charged an additional cheap purchase of credits that should have never happened. Most of your women are just playing and their pictures have been altered to such a point, most look nothing like their profile pictures!!! Not a chance your going to do a single thing about that. I filed a federal complaint against your company and not a chance you should be in business. I think it best that you reply to my email, having me post what your doing cannot help your customer base!! Any man reading this, go there and it's a con!!!
Hello Everyone!! This company has responded to me with lies!! Telling me that I requested the account be deleted and that I came back and changed my mind!!! This websites customer service is pathetic and absolutely worthless. They post this BS in order to make those reading thinking they have done something!! They have only made things worse!! I NEVER changed my mind and this company has still failed to close my account and refund me!! It is being done intentionally!! Do not go here!!! It's corrupt in most of all it's dealings. Still 110 % dissatisfied!!

I think most of the Girls are from modelling agencies in untrue surroundings which signify Lies and more Lies. The communication seems AI generated, As the answers come too quick. Its not a nice feeling on the site, As too many potential hits come in. You can spend hours wasitng your time and money and feeding the site with your profile, likes dislikes ect. but never get anywhere near a Date.. Its a scam.

This is scam site
This is scam site. Best to not be lured in. A couple gigs going on but according to one girl..the site writes contracts with modeling agencies who supply girls. The girls are rated based on $$ they generate and then top rated girls get better gigs. The goal of site is not to create relations they do everything they can to keep from that as long as click $$ keep flowing. There is extreme censoring..no AI could be that good and they would need to dedicate an army--i think the models also sensor...so encourage u to meet but block every attempt unless u pay the site...which many modeling agencies these days like legalized prostitution...kinda genius way to advertise and have motivated girls doing there thing. I could not find one real girl...sure there are some but hard to find. DONT USE PAY PER CLICK DATING SITES!!!! I have yet to find one that is legit.

READ THE FINE PRINT
Read the fine print. If you attempt to exchange any sort of contact info it gets blurred out unless you (fine print) spend 5000 credits, maintain continuous contact for 15 days, then request details for another 500 credits which must be approved by the recipient……
This isn’t a dating website……I’m sure my comments above explain what it really is 😡

This site is nothing short of a scam. Extorting money out of people repeadly. Total abuse of privacy in every word and text and message
This site is nothing short of a scam
Everything written is monitored any anything that resembles number or email or anything is stared out to the receiver of the message.
I spent over $1000 australian in this crap site and never git to meet anyone in person due to the blocking action on the web browser and site owners.
I could have flown from the east coast of australia to Asia for 1/3 the money I've spent on this shithouse dating site.
Do not use. Scammers.

Highly suspicious platform, with many red flags
SakuraDate operates in a way that raises serious ethical and legal concerns. While they market themselves as a legitimate dating service, my experience suggests otherwise.
The platform enforces severe communication restrictions, making it nearly impossible to verify if the women are real—an immediate red flag for any reputable dating service.
There’s a clear financial incentive to keep users paying for communication rather than fostering genuine connections. Many interactions felt scripted or automated, and every attempt to transition conversations to real platforms like WeChat or Skype or even phone communication was met with resistance or silence—hallmarks of pay-to-chat scam operations.
Most troubling is SakuraDate's repeated refusal to delete user accounts upon request, potentially violating international data protection laws such as:
GDPR (EU) – “Right to Erasure” (Article 17)
CCPA (California, US) – Section 1798.105: Right to deletion
When requesting deletion, users are told their account is “under review.” This is followed by an email asking for a reason and trying to convince you to stay. If you don’t reply, the account remains indefinitely active. If you do, they often still refuse to delete it—keeping user data in violation of global privacy standards.
I now have documented proof that female users across SakuraDate and NaomiDate are the same individuals, following clearly scripted interactions—sometimes even referencing profile details that don’t match the platform they're on. This confirms a coordinated, multi-platform scheme.
Even more alarming, these women appear to have administrative access, including:
Seeing blacklist/unblacklist status
Offering to send users credits (normally impossible)
Remaining online 24/7 without verification
I have screenshots, logs, and message histories backing all claims. One portion has already been submitted to SakuraDate support along with a formal demand for a full refund.
This review will remain live unless my refund is issued in full—with interest.
And to SakuraDate directly: before you attempt to deny or remove this review, know that all evidence has been archived and distributed to regulatory agencies and third-party watchdogs.
To readers: Do your research. Real dating sites don’t punish users for wanting authentic human connection. This one does.
Finally, I will be pursuing legal action for irreparable emotional harm and time lost. Since Cypress Tech Lcd, the company behind this platform, is based in the European Union, it is not immune to GDPR violations or international fraud lawsuits. I now have the evidence necessary to support every word—and I will use it.

Total SCAM site
Total SCAM site. AVOID. You can drop thousands of dollars and you'll have nothing other than some chats, letters, and videos exchanged. It all looks too polished to be real. And, every woman writes and speaks in perfect English!!! How is that possible to write with zero spelling mistakes; every message, every letter is perfectly written.

The most fake scam site I have ever…
The most fake scam site I have ever seen. AI altered profile images and fake people with fake names and fake stories. I don't know how this operates. Since this review, SakuraDate have requested through Trust pilot for my personal details or my review may be taken off line. I will NOT be giving them ANY personal details. I stand by my review and this echoes countless other negative reviews here and elsewhere. I even question the reality of the positive reviews because a lot of them seem fake too. How about they give me their personal details? Unbelievable chutzpah. Every profile I saw seemed to be professional modelling photography. I am not saying any more. If Sakura Date refute my experience, then provide the public with verified SUBSTANTIATED examples of people who have married or had successful meetings through their site. This is MY PERSONAL opinion here and MY experience. If someone else has had a positive experience, good for them.

I am very regretful for signing up on…
I am very regretful for signing up on this site and spending any money. In my view it is an elaborate scam, which I will explain. First, They are not clear on the criteria to get contact information from the women and block any attempt to provide contact info. The site makes you buy credits for which you use to write letter look at pics..EVERYTHING IS CHARGED EVEN TIME. The people write you letters and send 10 pics each is 10 or 20 credits which add up fast!! My experience is the ‘ladies’ send you lots of letters and attached the same pics over and over to get you to spend credits. Some ladies seemed legit but many contact you asking to write letters and send letters. Being experienced in AI/Machine Learning, it felt very much like it was a bot, the key was the same pics and the canned responses. Obviously I cannot verify this and it is only my experience but I did escalate to their support group and they offered 30 credits!! Which is nothing. Maybe there are Legit women there but if there is this element of paid actors or Bots then its basically a scam b/c they contact you first and you never know and spend your money are garbage.

To be honest
To be honest, I was sceptival, but I recently went on a first date thanks fot Sakura. I thought it went pretty well, I took her to my favorite restaurant in London, but she unmatched me a few days later... I guess I should start over and find a new match, but it's a little disappointing.
