I purchased a control board for a Samsung refrigerator from salechamps received board very quickly. The board was a little different salechamps said no problem send it back with the prepaid postage I sent it Post office sent it back said it had the wrong postage did this 2 times back and forth with the post office I let salechamps know what was going on and they said I had been through enough and refunded me and told me to keep the board. to me that's going above and beyond to make customers happy highly recommend them
