using it for last 2 years and so far best. Yes, there were some bugs initially but the recent update was too good, its working fine now. So many updates and improvements and their support team is super. They are going to be the next market leaders.

Regardless of Good Reviews

regardless of many Appsumo reviews, which is doubtful , I used the product myself, and my experience was not good at all.
Server fall for about 24 hours.
My Outreach Emails keep falling with exclamation mark, after contacting support they told me our portal is OK but your mails are not ! which is not possible.
The emails they use in warm-up are bouncing during the process, which - in turn - can results of blacklisting my domain.

Cheap SaaS - Scamming customers

Watch out for this sketchy tool. Customer support is inexistent and if you can't access your account for whatever reason, you're pretty much forgotten. You'll also put your domain at risk from spam catchers by using them - beware.

Wasted 25 days in waiting for warm up..

Wasted 25 days in waiting for warm up and in communication with their team to resolve issue but even after 100% deliverability score my emails are going straight into spam folder.
While the emails I'm sending directly from server mail are going to the inbox. Do not recommend wasting time on this tool to save a few bucks.

It's horrible

I was excited to try SalesBlink to streamline my cold email outreach, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. Here's what went wrong:

- Poor Customer Support
- Limited Functionality

False Product discreption and Service

They are not even working. inboxes get disconnected again and again. Just wastage of time and money. They services is zero, Their CRM is zero and their response is zero. That was insane. Without any quality their charging higher, Within 1 month emails are disconnected 10 times.

Outlook connectivity issue.

I bought the subscription on 23rd April and I don't want to continue with it so I cancelled subscription on 22nd May just so I don't get into Auto-renewal and then call them for refund - But somehow the campaign which I was running cannot be seen. It was all gone. This means, I don't have access to check who unsubscribed my business which will obviously cause issues in future if I resend emails to them.

If you are using Office 365 and connecting it with Salesblink trying to send more than 200 emails a day after 200 emails your office 365 account will be locked and you won't be able to send emails until your company admin unlocks you from admin portal. All emails will return back to you stating - "This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message."

What's more strange is: Since this email didn't went through you wont find this email in either bounce emails or undelivered email list in salesblink.

I asked them Salesblink but even after 3-4 days they are working on it.

Edit: They contacted me and gave me access to my account for 7 days so I can collect all the information.
Still the outlook issue is something I am not happy with.

Waste Of Time and Money | No Clue What They Are Doing

Bunch of fools started this SAAS company having no clue how things work. Just here to fetch money from businesses. Worst tool ever. Their support team sucks, no reply from anyone when raised tickets. Even if this tool becomes free ever, I am not gonna use it.

Terrible company

Terrible company, I am using their tool for 4 months, I couldn't send a single email, not even joking.

I even spent 250 dollars to hire some expert that work for them, and supposly can make this thing work.

I spend so much money and time on this and nothing works.

I really lost patience now, and I can't even login in my account anymore... what the hell.

Stay away from this, seriously it's a sad joke.

A Very Disappointing Experience

A very dissapointing experience, culminating in the platform wrongly sending out 1,000 emails from 1 single domain (3 inboxes) in 1 day.

There were hiccups along the way with using the platform - constantly had to reach out to support for elements that weren't working as they should.

Support was hit and miss, in most cases it took at least 2 days to be able to receive a response. Sometimes, there was no response and I had to follow up again on the same issue.

The biggest problem was that after creating an email sequence, it never ran.

Reached out to support and it was suggested to jump on a Google Meet to discuss the issue.

Had the Google Meet and support said that they would be able to fix the issue and get the sequences to send.

I explained on the call and also on 2 subsequent email follow ups that it was critical that the existing sending strategy was followed.

This was to send at a specific time and a max (30) emails per inbox each day.

However, upon checking I felt that it had sent to the entire list 1,000 in the single day.

I queried this via email and was told it hadn't, and that it was following the settings I had set. "I needn't worry"

This was incorrect - I rechecked my server logs and saw that I was correct - the entire list was dumped out to in that single few hours.

1,000 mail messages putting not only my email domain at risk of being blacklisted, but also my IP.

I followed up about this and received NO RESPONSE.

I followed up several times, including seeing that a message was read on their support live-chat. Again, zero response.

On the basis of everything I have experienced I have to warn others to be very careful of this platform.

It has bugs / issues and in my case it put my domain and IP at risk of being blacklisted.

Very upset about how the whole thing ended.

No reply from support after one week.
Unreliable software that:
- doesn't detect email replies
- makes it impossible to login outside of private view
- hides scheduled activities from the calendar view
and you can't track activity for each individual.
I have removed my email connection so that people don't receive follow-ups after replying.
The only functionality that works is mail merge.
Very sad.
An appallingly bad experience for me.
I don't understand where the positive ratings are coming from.

Crooks

1. The email warmup automatically disconnects from gmail after a short time-period.

2. Each month they increase the bill, hoping people will not notice. I did not untill 3 months down the road. I emailed their customer service but did not hear back.

Save yourself a few $ and pay for a better service. This seems like a scam, hoping to profit off people in the short term.
