Salesmanago is quite robust tool that offers many channels of communication to choose from. It involves channels directly to the customer but also web personalisation. One of the best features is communicating on anonymous audience which cannot be reached in any other way. Many features are paid extra.
Support team is always available, tailored solutions also available but paid extra. I found it quite difficult to navigate at the beginning but overall experience after is great.

AI‑driven segmentation helps us target the audience with far greater precision and optimize expenses on mobile messaging. Workflows are really easy to build, though so far, I use very simple ones. 
Another critical benefit is the fast and responsive support team, who are always ready to help and genuinely committed to improving their services.
Of course, I still see many areas where the platform can continue to grow and evolve. However, I clearly see that SALESmanago is moving in the right direction and actively developing the features that are important for my business needs.
