I can only second everything that has previously been said here. I ordered 3 tubes of a a cream by accident (I meant to order only one to test it) so emailed them the next day to ask if I could change the order before dispatch. It was "already too late" (of course!) and so I now have 3 tubes of cream that were stupidly expensive (yes, I was an idiot). I contacted them for a refund and was pointed to the part of the returns policy that states creams and liquids cannot be returned "for hygiene reasons" (I haven't opened the package from them so there are no hygiene implications whatsoever, as pointed out to them in a subsequent email to "Anne Hill" in their customer services department).
All in all, Suckered! Don't go anywhere near this company. They are laughing all the way to the bank...

I found like items for sale on the varicose veins cream
Between £6 and £8 delivered free at times, They charged £30 and £5 Royal mail 48 tracked. I was first in contact late November and received today 6th December. Buyer be aware.

Extremely bad customer service. Parcel not delivered or lost in post. Expected me to chase the courier who were equally as poor with customer service. No help whatsoever from customer service. Spent over €50 shopping and wasting my time chasing it up. I would never use them again.

Bought the cream for psoriasis, absolute rubbish didn’t do a thing and very expensive for such a small tube.
Do not waste your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I recently bought three tubs of Goqi cream and all three boxes were badly damaged and some leakage from a tub. Now unable to give as gifts.
SaliFinder have seen photographic evidence but have said they do not refund on any creams.
I said they have sent damaged goods so I should be able to return items and have a refund.
All I can say is Buyers Beware.

Got suckered into the discounted deal of 2 goqi berry creams for £40 but have since found elswhere for £11 each and 2 for £20 so ripped off! And return for refund request declined! So basically stay RIPPED OFF!

Absolutely shocking all round. Sent an additional order or 5 x pain relief pens which I did not order and they added them as an additional order to paypal credit. Very difficult making contact with Salifinder, finally managed to locate their contact details. Made contact, and they only accepted to return items as my expense after I threatened to take the matter further. Sent items back at cost of £12, no refund issued and they now have items back to sell on again to another gullable customer. Paypal also useless and will not refund as a disputed claim. Absolutely shocking!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
