I can only second everything that has previously been said here. I ordered 3 tubes of a a cream by accident (I meant to order only one to test it) so emailed them the next day to ask if I could change the order before dispatch. It was "already too late" (of course!) and so I now have 3 tubes of cream that were stupidly expensive (yes, I was an idiot). I contacted them for a refund and was pointed to the part of the returns policy that states creams and liquids cannot be returned "for hygiene reasons" (I haven't opened the package from them so there are no hygiene implications whatsoever, as pointed out to them in a subsequent email to "Anne Hill" in their customer services department).
All in all, Suckered! Don't go anywhere near this company. They are laughing all the way to the bank...
