If you're looking for a caring, motivating and knowledgeable coach, Sally is your girl. Not only does she really know her stuff about food and exercise, but she takes a holistic approach including wellness, hormones... everything. I am 6 weeks in and have lost 16lbs. I don't feel hungry, my cravings have massively reduced and Sally offers ways in which you can still enjoy a sweet treat and still lose weight. She checks in regularly to make sure you are prepped and is always on hand to answer questions. Sally genuinely cares about your progress which is so lovely and motivating.
The group Sally has created is so friendly and is filled with lovely women who will become your cheerleaders!

If you’re looking for someone to both support you and give you a kick when you need it Sally is your girl!!!!!! I’d put quite a bit of weight back on after a bereavement. I’d been trying for a few months to lose it but kept losing and regaining the same few pounds. Then I found Sally!!!!
We had an initial chat to discuss my goals and lifestyle etc and Sally came up with a plan. It included meal plans, workout plans and access to a platform with yoga and meditation also.

I can’t believe I only have 4 days left of my 6-week plan with Sally — the time has absolutely flown by! Over these weeks, I’ve learned so much and grown in more ways than I expected. My original goal was to lose around half a stone, but more importantly, I wanted to tone up. I actually started noticing changes within the first two weeks — my clothes were looser and I already felt so much better about myself.
The past four weeks have really been about consistency. One of Sally’s key focuses is relaxation and de-stressing, which has been so important for me. I work full time, have a husband who works away, two kids, and everything else that comes with that kind of busy life. Before this, I never really made time for myself. Sally helped me realise how essential that is — even if it’s just a bath or 10 minutes of breathing or meditation.
She’s also completely changed the way I think about food. I now cook and eat with a better understanding of what fuels my body. My plan focused on high-protein meals, eaten little and often — and funnily enough, I now eat more than I ever did before, but in a way that truly nourishes me.
This hasn’t been a quick fix — it’s been a lifestyle shift. It’s helped me break old habits and build new, healthier ones.

I stumbled upon Sally a little by accident but I now feel it was meant to be. After feeling at a loss and running on such high levels of stress and cortisol. With a really stressful job and a family and a home to run I also volunteer and can never really say no to anyone or anything. ‘Ask a busy person’ right! Sally has been a breath of fresh air. Having yo-yo dieted my whole life I can feel this support from Sally is special. The shift squad WhatsApp group is also a lifesaver. She has helped me learn to meditate and put myself first. She has helped me realise that I don’t need to run for hours train really hard and helped me realise my body needs nurturing. Taking into account my hormonal cycle and body changes has made a real difference. Her meal plans are so easy to follow and the many yoga and other exercise classes she has on offer means there is something for everyone. At any time. The 1:1 support is phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
