I rarely

I rarely, if ever give a bad review for a company. My experience would have to be reallly reallly bad for me to do this. Salmore Technology failed to deliver each phase of my software project at the deadlines per our written agreement. After apologizing many times each time they failed to deliver or would be unresponsive for several days they told me I would receive the installment payments I had invested so far after I expressed that I no longer wanted to do business with them. I have been trying to recover my funds for over a month since I have yet to receive my money back. I escalated several times, speaking to Compliance and would get directed to several other staff who have all promised my money would be refunded but I have not gotten any of it back. This company only tells you what you want to hear. They are very nice when speaking to you and every time they don’t do as they should they just apologize and do nothing to fix the issues and then will begin avoiding you. I tried giving them several chances to make things right but they are extremely unreliable and it has been very frustrating. I dealt with them from Dec 2025 until March 2026. I have spoken to more than eight staff members because they pass you from one to the other who they claim will fix your problem when you complain but they are all the same. Tell you what you want to hear, apologizes then avoids correcting the situation. Makes me think they have planned out their scheming cheating ways. BE CAREFUL, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They still have not refunded me a thousand dollars and it’s now May 2026.
