I am so impressed by their customer service!!! I was concerned my package went missing and so I wrote in to see if they could let me know when it was sent. Within a few hours they had already responded (well after working hours too!) and they reassured me that they would follow this up Royal Mail.

Even before I had time to remember about the package, they had already followed through with their promise and emailed me with an update and reassurance that if the package didn’t arrive within the next day or two that they would refund me the money.

That very day, the package arrived. I barely even had to follow up or worry about anything. Very reassuring and very responsive!!

Very fast dispatch (same day). Received a genuine proffessional product (my favourite Redken conditioner).

I didn't know this site, I went to see the reviews and felt confident in trying. I bought a shampoo and conditioner kit. I found the products amazing, it works in 1 wash.
delivery was fast, but could have tracking on the website to follow closely when the product arrives.
my packaging arrived broken, and at the time of delivery I was warned about this and took the risk of keeping the product. because I needed it. I hope this doesn't happen again in future purchases. or will I have to switch sites to shop.
