We have checked the Royal Mail tracking and can see the order was processed at 9.37 am on 7th April (13 hours after the order was placed), Royal Mail collected the item at 4.05pm on the same day and it is currently tracking through their network. Delivery should happen shortly and on time. Updates have been sent from our site and by Royal Mail.

The photo of the hair dryer I ordered featured a diffuser and some other accessories. None of these were included when the item arrived.
I wrote with my complaint of misleading advertising to the company but have had no reply.
Would not ever buy from this company again
