No Ingredient List, No Accountability

I ordered the Unite 7 Seconds Detangler from Salontotal. Due to a severe allergy to propylene glycol, and as their website didn’t list ingredients, I cross-checked with INCIdecoder and Unite’s official site—neither mentioned PG.

Unfortunately, when the product arrived, it did contain propylene glycol. I contacted SalonTotal, outlining the health risk and requesting a refund due to misrepresentation and lack of transparency.

Their reply?

“Thank you for your message. How annoying that you cannot use the item. If it is unused, you may return it to us. Unfortunately, this is at your own expense. I am sorry.”

Really disappointing to see a company push liability onto the customer in a situation that clearly involves safety and basic transparency.
