I made an order 3581537 on 17th of August. It arrived after 1 week or so, and the hair mask Unite 7 seconds had no seal, apparently not used but the smell was completely rancid. I used this mask before and has a very beautiful smell when it’s ok.

I called on the 27th of August to make a refund of the order: 3581537. They sent me immediately the label to put on the package. I printed the ivoice and label by myself, went by myself to the post office to leave the package. It’s already 19th of September and I sent the product from a lot of time and I did not receive the money back.

I’m asking you to immediately send me the entire amount that I paid back or I will escalate this to the authorities!!!

I even called them 3 times yesterday and no answer even though they were theoretically working!!

I sincerely don’t recommend this company to anyone if they care about their hard worked money!!

Really good price for clipper monster fade and for coming from outside italy the delivery was very fast

I live in Switzerland and it's very hard to find Matrix products. Salontotal always have what I'm looking for. I love the service. The delivery from Italy within 4-5 days. When I did the order, one of the products was not available in the store. But the system let me order it. Imagine, how surprised I was when I got all of them delivered at the same time! I highly recommend Salontotal for ordering your products, and brand Matrix, because it makes your hair look amazing!
