Beautiful Dresses and Great Discounts!
I recently purchased two dresses: the Flared Double Layer Tunic Top with Necklace and the 2-in-1 Sleeveless Plain Dress with Side Split Jacket. Both dresses are beautiful, and I was thrilled to buy them at a discounted price. I love the fabric and designs! I suggest you introduce more dresses like these, perhaps paired with cropped trousers or even without trousers.

Very unhappy with what you do with your Rewards Vouchers. I purchased 7items, but had to return 4 as they were unsuitable. Instead of deducting £10 reward from the items I purchased, I only received £4.69 off.Seems a bit unfair.

The voucher codes and the discount codes are not refundable. When they're applied to an order they get divided and applied to each of the items on that order. After, the customer pays the item's amount that is left after the application of the discount code. And that amount is also what they receive as a refund when they return the item.

Overall Saloos I find is good value for money just hit and miss on sizes which is a shame as I guess people would order more items if the fit was explained more and the difficulty of returning items would be avoided.

Waist very different in size
I have been wearing the mock tie trousers for years. I bought another 2 pairs, same size. The waist however (unstretched) is about 5 inches wider. Obviously the elastic is not as tight, but a 5 inch difference is too much. I can wear them but would rather have consistency
