I have been using this product for a many years, it is good for the family to get better softer water and good for washing machine. but the price got up too much.

I received a request from Trustpilot saying that my saltandcleanz.co.uk review may be removed if I do not supply saltandcleanz with my details.

All the relevant details of my original complaint with them are in my original review.

Saltandcleanz in response to my review maintain that they do not have my details, and the details of my order, however on a reply to me on my review, which they later deleted, they said they had refunded me.

They did indeed refund me, which raises the question, how could they refund me if they genuinely did not have my details, or recognise my order?

The refund of £158.99 was made to my MBNA credit card on Monday 01 July 2024. It was cleared on Tues 02 July 2024, and I have records of all the details.

I will let the reader decide who is providing the correct facts here. It is not difficult to work out.

I do not see why I need to be inconvenienced further by saltandcleanz and their failure to deliver my order, and their failure to respond to any of my enquiries to them regarding their failures.

* "We feel you need to get over it mate"
was the reply from saltandcleanz on 13th August 2024.

A typical reply from their pathetic, and extremely rude customer service.

Again it's clear they did not read my response to their request for further details yet again, but via Trustpilot.

To sum up, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

First I should say that your deleted previous reply was not appreciated. Perhaps you should restrict your Trustpilot account to people who have a better handle on customer relations. I do have a screenshot of the remark, and the previous similar deleted remarks.
I made many attempts to contact you before writing my review, and you failed to respond yet you keep asking me to contact you with my details.
As previously stated, you already have all my contact, order, and credit card details. If you did not have that information, how did you manage to refund my credit card?
If you do genuinely wish to attempt to make things right, please do use the contact details that you already have for me.

**** For further clarity, all my details are exactly the same, as you very well know, as on my order of 17th June 2024 that you failed to deliver, and you then refunded me on 1st July 2024.

Please do not persist asking me for details that you already have in your possession.

I’ve ordered from Salt and Cleanz for over 4 years now. Great prices and as always delivery completed without any hiccups. What would be better is if they provided more information on delivery times.

I placed an order for 12 set of blocks on the 15th of July 2024,
Called to ask about the whereabouts of my order, some man on the other side said they would get back to me, it's 3rd of August am still glued to my phone,
They even charged me a few of £20 for delivery soon after I punched in the discount code.
Which mind you is there is no discount code there is no delivery charge added..
This is so frustrating, I did go through the same nuisance months back, my fault to get back to this again..
Am so disgusted with this site.

Very good deal on Harvey’s water softener salt bags and free delivery also. Price is always cheaper than the other sellers.

Have always ordered my Harvey Block Salt from Saltandcleanz company. They are really good and usually deliver promptly. This time around I had to chase my order as it was over their 10 day promised period. Will strongly recommend them.
