Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly , but after I bought a sale item I didnt get the extra 10% off that was being advertised in your window and on a bill board outside it was for all sale items. I didn’t realise the offer was on until I left the store and for 3.10 I wasn’t going to go back in , but my point is was why it not automatic or why did the assistant not process the discount

Great experience
I recently visited the Saltrock shop in Clacton-on-sea and I had a great experience. The shop was well stocked with a wide range of items, and the staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered. The quality of the clothes are excellent and reasonably priced. I will be visiting again.
