Excellent service
I received excellent service from Ben in SALTROCK at The Valley, Twyford, Evesham. He helped me choose the clothes I needed for my 13 year old Grandson’s birthday, which made my shopping easy. The clothes were all lovely quality too.

I was made to feel like I was going to…
I was made to feel like I was going to steal something. Lady followed me around the shop and was watching me like a hawk. Felt very uncomfortable and wanted to ask for other sizes but didn’t feel I could. Never had this anywhere before in my life! No one else in the shop! Very strange!!!

Superstar Staff!
Staff at the Valley store in Evesham were super nice! I had been looking high and low for a particular item and they went out of their way to find it for me, advise me on fit, and were just generally all-round superstars! I got what I had been looking for and left with a big smile. Excellent customer service!
