Always liked Saltrock Clothing so paid a visit to Tavistock Branch and all good. Please bring it back to Plymouth.

Good quality clothes and last for ages. Staff were lovely.

The product was great, but I have only given you three stars and this is why. I have an old pair of Saltrock joggers, size 12, which still fit fine. I went into my local Saltrock shop in Tavistock and chatted to a lady in there. They did not have the colour I wanted, but she was good enough to let me try on some to check my size. She looked at me and suggested I try a size 10. I ended up ordering a size 8! Ridiculous. I am not an 8, and what are really small ladies supposed to wear? Also, if I had followed your online size guide I would still have ordered too large a pair. What is going on with sizing?!
Full marks to the lady in your Tavistock shop for her help.

Items delivered fast and items are of super quality.
However, one of the items was not the intended colour (colour is okay and I’m not returning). I had been into a store (Tavistock - served by Anghard who was brilliant - well done!) previously and seen the item in the colour I wanted, but decided to go away and order online as I wanted to order something else that the store didn’t have in my size. Anghard helped me to photo the label and advised that there were two colours in that item and pointed out the correct one, but she did say that I may not get the same colour due to the website calling both colours the same. I was very careful when I ordered, but she was right; I was sent the wrong colour.
Store: Super in-store experience.
Online: Colour descriptions of items needs looking into.

Lady in the shop was lovely and personable, pointed us to garments we were looking for, gave good advice about fit of tee-shirts.

The Tavistock store isn't the biggest, but the selection of clothing is good and the staff were nice and helpful.

I wanted a new cap to keep the sun off my head and ended up with a Dockyard Cap. it's still early days but the quality seems great and it was a fair price too.

I'll be back again i'm sure. :)
