Great offers and friendly service
we enjoyed the 30% discount offers in the Woolacombe store in October 2025 for an unplanned purchase of a hat. Customer service was friendly, attentive and both ladies were a credit to the store and the brand.

I bought this item in Woolacombe recently so I could go bodyboarding. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the product is well made and worked perfectly under my wetsuit.

Always friendly staff and a great range of new clothing. I have been buying Salt Rock since its conception in the 1980's having met the original guys who thought of the brand at a surf exhibition in London.

Rude obnoxious service
I went into the Woolacombe shop today, the guy who served me was extremely rude and obnoxious. The way he spoke to me was disgusting. No I do not have to give you my email address if I don’t want to and yes I can have a paper receipt. Plus belittling me in front of other customers, who did you think you were?
You are there to serve , nothing else. I nearly walked out without buying anything. Won’t be going there again.
