Lovely staff

I don't know who served me but I went into Saltrock to get a specific pair of sliders. I got them and I went to the till, the customer before me was asking for directions and the woman behind the till was helping them. I went up to pay and I was with my friend (we're both 14) and we were a little awkward but the cashier was kind and friendly. It might not sound like a lot but I'd definitely go there again. 5 stars

Great friendly staff.

I visited the Swansea Saltrock store, where I have bought a number of items of clothing over the last 5+ years. I spotted a lovely blue and white beach style dress. One of the shop assistants was wearing the dress, so I spoke to her about the size and comfort of the dress. Her friendly response swayed me to buy the dress and I'm glad I did! It's true to size and comfy to wear and I've had compliments from friends. I wish they did more dresses like this in different colours and patterns in the shop. Really pleased with the dress 👗🩵 Lovely staff and great service, thank you!

Really friendly staff member

Really friendly staff member. Makes such a difference when you are served by someone cheerful, who genuinely seems interested in you and asks questions about your stay in a town. I have experienced this with every staff member in the Fowey branch.
