Knowledgeable Staff

Knowledgeable, helpful staff who had happened to have purchased the exact same size item so was able to confirm that the item fitted true to size.

great service at minehead store

i made a visit to the minehead store on the 20th may , i was greeted by a very pleasent young lady called AISHA who welcomed me into the store and said if i cant find what i want let her know and she will check the stock at back for me she also told me what items was on discounts and where to find them, the shop was spotless and aisha was busy putting the racks neat and tidy , when i got what i wanted she came and served me and was friendly and made the whole shopping experience a very good one . so if your around minehead in somerset i recomend a visit to salt rock

Excellent as always.
The information on the website was good, the order process was easy, the packaging was good, the delivery time was good.
I know from past experience that if there are any issues, contact is easy and responses are prompt and positive.

Saltrock Brixham

Saltrock Brixham: we visit this branch every time we come to Brixham and ways walk out with something! The hooded full length towels are brilliant for a trip to the beach either in the uk or abroad. Brixham branch is always well run, tidy and the staff are always welcoming with helpful advice. Quality is excellent, items wash well and wear even better, very practical and so comfortable- made to last which is unusual these days! We will be back again soon!

Great shopping experience

Store assistants friendly but not pushy. Offered assistance if I needed it. Thought it was great that I was buying a hoodie for my dad's 83rd birthday! Really nice people. This was in the Poole store.
