Disappeared and they keep billing. Reading reviews, I can see I’m not alone. At this point, it’s fraud. 3 months of being billed and no product, no response.

Lower than 1 star, FRAUD ALERT, have been billed for the last three months but received NO service. No way to contact and cancel. Contesting charges with CC company.

Service was great for a time, then he just disappeared. Like so many others, I’ve been calling and texting with no response, just charges every month. Great idea, terrible follow thru.

This company was great for 2-3 months. Then they just stopped showing up on the scheduled delivery date. But they never hesitated to charge my Amex card . The last time they delivered was in March, but I still have to dispute the charge on my card every month. They do not answer my phone calls. They do not reply to my texts. I’m weighting my options on my next move.

Company now Defunct, still billing????

They missed 2 months of deliveries. I texted them asking what was up, no response.

I then stated I needed to cancel. Luckily I lost my CC and got it replaced. Just got a notification they are still trying to bill me.

For about the first 8-10 months everything seemed to be going smooth, then appointments started getting rescheduled or canceled do to supply issues. We were charged our 12th monthly service that he had to cancel. We reached out couldn’t get rescheduled so we decided to cancel our service. When we reached out to cancel he said the he understood and that he would get our service canceled. He even said that would refund us for that service that never happened & would still come perform the service. That was on March 17,2026. Here it is, May 8,2026, not only did that service never happen, we never got that refund, we got charged for an April service & got charged again, today, for a May service. I have disputed all of them with our bank. We tried numerous times to contact him leaving voicemails & sending text messages with absolutely no response. We definitely would NOT recommend this business, if we could have 0 stars we would have!!

I never received my March salt delivery. I sent several texts, emails and calls (leaving a VM) trying to resolve the issue, or get some kind of update of which I never got any response. The delivery was for march 19th, and today is april 8th. This should be enough time to get in touch with me and let me know if something is wrong. At this point I will need to refut the charges. The email address within the agreement is now defunct and gives an error when you try to email. At this point I think this company has went kaput as the facebook posts are stating the same things (lack of response, countinued charges, no deliveries). Also, when I try to call I am immediately immeidately sent to VM so it appears I have been blocked.

If could put a -1 I would. This company seems to dishonest and scammy. They bill your CC before delivery. The do not have a phone number to call is you have any issues. They do have a text number which they never respond to. Last month I find a dispute with my CC company. I would like to cancel, these is no way to cancel.

I had to ultimately cancel my CC, as one would know is major hassle.

This is one of the best subscriptions I have - I love not having to try and remember to fill up my salt tank anymore or struggle with the heavy bags!
