I had to send back a necklace. I was ensured of a refund by email and got absolutely no update about the refund process for 10 days.

I just received a beautiful and unique piece of jewelry from Salty Dagger. The customer service was outstanding! I needed a lot of help. I made some mistakes with ordering and they helped me resolve it and were very responsive through the whole process. The packaging was beautiful too! I will be keeping an eye out to purchase something from here again. Thanks so much!

Loved the process and all the rings on the website. It was a present for a friend and she loved it. The size was also perfect.

i first learned of salty dagger from their instagram ad…which are usually scams… but something seemed legit about them, and the jewellery looked great…so i took a chance and glad i did… Yugo was very friendly when answering any questions i had, and reached out to me after receiving my ring to make sure it fit.
and most importantly, the ring is great…the craftsmanship seems to be top-notch and the packaging was impressive!
