I like the salty llama detergent, it works well. But the company’s customer service is awful. I was on a subscription service that just stopped shipping for no reason. So I cancelled it and placed a new order. It never shipped (but I was charged for it). I placed another order and again was charged but it never shipped. I’ve emailed the company multiple times but they never responded. There is no phone number to call. I have switched to a new brand and will never order from salty llama again.

I've been using these laundry strips for over a month now and love them. So easy to use (no need to measure the liquid stuff and no accidental spills!). They work amazing and are safe for the whole family, including my 7 month old daughter. I love that they save space and that I'm doing a small part in helping the planet!

I ordered 1 set so far and it's been a great experience! Packaging was plastic free and compact, so it's easy to store and travel with and the sheets are simple to apply. As for the result, my clothes were cleaned just as any other detergent without any of the harmful stuff!

I love that the laundry detergent comes in a compact environment-friendly package. I now have more space in my small laundry room. I also have less plastic waste filling up my trash.

Wow! I’m so glad I found SaltyLama’s eco-friendly laundry strips! Absolutely NO plastic involved, from packaging to laundry strip! Next day delivery in US through Amazon. I’m about to subscribe and have them delivered routinely based off of my laundry needs! If you do laundry (which I know you do), I highly recommend!

For someone super organized, my first reason to love SaltyLama was the space savings in my laundry room cabinets! How nice it is to not have all those giant plastic jugs full of pods or liquid taking up space. Then I tried the product and was so impressed with how quickly they dissolve, leave no residue and still smell great! Highly recommend and can't wait to see what they bring next.
