Harry sweetmore. Company is trading as OPG Holdings. The company claims to be operated by another firm, yet refuses to disclose who that company actually is.
Funny how they have OPG Holdings operating under multiple names including Salus Living, Salus Care Services, Salus Capital, and OPG Developments and state it on their website, which has now been removed.
Over 20 investors have been misled with promises of returns backed by “secured assets.” Investors were strung along for years with repeated excuses, delays, and false assurances.
Contracts and agreements were never properly honoured, and terms that were agreed to were consistently ignored.
False claims of asset backing were repeatedly used to gain investor confidence. Investors were assured their money was secured against assets, but these claims have been entirely fabricated.
False documents and misleading information were allegedly provided in order to obtain funds from investors.
For years, investors were continuously given false updates and empty promises. New agreements would be signed, but nothing was ever followed through. Documents appeared to mean nothing, and there seemed to be no issue with lying repeatedly just to keep investors holding on that their money would eventually be returned within the agreed terms.
Proceedings will now continue without further notice.
