Excellent product and very professional company.

I purchased the red light expansion kit for my one-person infrared sauna. I just installed it yesterday and have used it two times so far. I had some questions prior to purchasing and customer service was very helpful and got back to me quickly. I would definitely recommend purchasing both the infrared sauna and the red light expansion kit.

Very happy with my purchase. Sauna was easy to set up and gets used daily. Fits perfect on my back deck and just so convenient to just walk out the back door to the new sauna.

I did months of research and was very picky on what exactly I wanted within my reasonable budget. I landed on the Wearwell outdoor sauna in red cedar. We are located in TN and I was worried about the amount of rain/humid weather we get. I emailed the support team prior to purchase, asked all my questions, and they were very responsive and transparent about the maintenance and upkeep and that it would do well in our climate. A few things to note, the instructions are kinda vague but just make sure all corners/walls are flush! We had to take the roof off twice to get everything set. It is a 2 person job but we did it in 2.5-3 hrs from opening boxes to installing to breaking them down. I had a problem with the seal which caused a draft inside. I emailed support and they rectified the problem quickly and it’s been perfect since. It’s heats up to 149 in 30 mins or so. I’ve had the sauna up and running for 6 weeks now and we love it! If you’ve been going back and forth on whether to buy, just do it! you won’t regret it!

This is a great Sauna. From the time I placed the order, the shipment was fast, delivery by carrier. The instructions were easy to follow. The assembly so easy to do... within 2 hours the sauna was ready to go. The construction is excellent and the mahogany beautiful. This is truly a one person sauna. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an outdoor sauna.

This was a first for us and we are more than happy! The included instructions, along with the video, made installation smooth. I agree with the manufacturer that it is a two-person task for ease. My husband and I (mid-40’s) built it, taking our time, in 45 minutes. The posted measurements online are spot on. We needed it to fit a very specific space and it was exactly as described once built. The quality and workmanship of the sauna are good and everything has operated well from the get go. Even the speaker feature works well. Shipping took about a week (a couple states away) and everything arrived as it should have. Operation of the controls are very intuitive and easy to remember, too. The sauna raises to temperature quickly and evenly. We have been and will continue to recommend this brand and especially this unit!

The 1 person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna was easy to put together with 2 people. All components were good quality and create a nice appearance. The control panel is easy to work. The lighting package and Bluetooth speakers are nice convivence features. Heated up to 130-140 degrees in 20-25 minutes The red light is a distance from you so it gives good coverage. Responsive team via email to all questions and needs. Good expereince.

I was excited to assemble and use my new sauna the day it arrived, and I have used it now for 21 consecutive days since! I found the assembly to be as easy as advertised and was able to do it with no assistance. I am pleasantly surprised by how quickly the sauna heats up, significantly reducing my "wait time" to use it. As a six-foot tall man, I was happy to find this 75"H model that allows me to alternate between standing and sitting while using it. The lighting options allow for enjoying various moods, providing for reading as well, and the speakers work well when I opt for music instead. The small footprint allowed me to squeeze the sauna comfortably into my bedroom when I had few other viable options. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relatively compact but very comfortable infrared sauna. It's attractive, and easy to keep clean too!

Price versus value is excellent. The corner sauna is exactly as presented. It was easy to assemble and provides excellent infra red therapy. We enjoy its soothing heat daily and couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I ordered the Maxwell-901BH 1 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna on a Black Friday online sale. When I received it, there was wood splitting off the casing of several heating elements,and one of the frames was cracked apart along the top side. These defects were clearly the result of poor workmanship.

Trying to get help by phone was nearly impossible, and took several days. Their website says to call Kate during US business hours, and after hours, to call Frankie. Kate never answers the phone, and then the line disconnects, no way to leave a message. So much for troubleshooting in real time with the product warranty I purchased.

I had to resort to email to communicate with Kate at all. In her emails, Kate took no responsibility for the broken pieces, blamed the shipper, and then said she wants to send me new parts. I refused, then she said I should send the whole thing back, and then she’ll ship me a new unit, once received. After all the emails back and forth, I tried to call Kate again, no luck. I called after hours, and Frankie answered the phone by saying “Hello.” That’s it, like am I calling a real company? I suspect this is Frankie’s cell phone, and he has other jobs elsewhere. When I explained to Frankie that I wanted to talk to Kate, and why can’t I get her on the phone, he told me, “Kate doesn’t speak English.” I was just astounded.

At that point, I demanded a full refund. Through many emails back and forth with Luna and Kate, at first I was told it was up to another team to determine if this could be done. They wanted to examine my return to see if it “qualifies” for a refund or a replacement. By that time, I was done with them and said that I had lost trust in them as a company and could not move forward with a replacement. After days of back and forth, they finally agreed to a full refund. I had to pay a handyman out of pocket to properly repack the many boxes and send them back.

Their entire support staff is overseas, which can be doable. You can find highly skilled, competent professionals if you are willing to pay them a generous living wage. It is inexcusable that a US based company has a customer service phone rep, working US business hours, who doesn’t answer the phone, and doesn’t speak English.

I did some research after my bad experience. Multiple reviewers on multiple sites also complain about damaged products and bad service. Every response from Salus to these negative reviews is the same. They are sorry, and intend to do better. They have promised to replace problematic staff, and yet, their current service team is still incompetent. 3 months after my debacle with Salus Heat, I see Kate is still running the daytime service hours. As predicted, their response to my review is to blame the shippers for their inferior product, and make more excuses for their incompetent customer service team.

The products are sub-standard. My sauna was not damaged by shipping, the container was beautifully packed and protected. They are maximizing their profit margins by producing a cheap product, using various drop shippers they can blame when anything goes wrong, and having low-level, likely underpaid overseas staff.

If you buy from Salus, do so at your own risk.

I have long heard about the benefits of saunas, but was worried about cost and if I would actually benefit from one. As a daily distance runner, high school teacher, and mom of four this has allowed me to have something that feels like an extra workout without the daily wear and tear of another high impact workout. I feel weighed down during the winter months because I can never achieve that full, cleansing sweat I get from the hot summer days. Now that I have the sauna and I get in 3-4 times a week and I can tell a difference in skin and recovery. The customer service from Salusheat is also first class. They rapidly respond and are proactive. The product is also great quality and I didn’t even buy the highest priced sauna. I have a crowded garage, with lots of stuff and this takes minimal room. Also, has low power consumption. Very happy and I’m tempted to buy an outdoor model soon!

This sauna is a perfect fit in our small home workout room. It was a gift for my husband's birthday, but the whole family is enjoying it. It gets surprisingly hot, and quickly! The temperature warms up to 140 degrees in less than 20 minutes. It gets hotter than that, but we have opted to keep it at 140. The inside is very spacious, and it looks nice in the workout room. My son loves the Bluetooth feature, and I really enjoy the serenity and the multi-color light options. Very good quality! We opted for the Red Cedar upgrade, and it looks and smells great! Planning to order the red cedar backrests as soon as they are back in stock. I do recommend the backrest as an addition if you are considering a purchase. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would purchase the same sauna again.

I bought the sauna for 2 main reasons: first, was to help with my sleep as I usually will only get 2-3 hours of straight sleep a night. My sleep has improved and now I'm sleeping 3-4 hrs straight through on nights when I do a 45 minute sauna session @ 140+ degrees before going to bed.
Second, was to help improve recovery from workouts. I had been dealing with a knee injury for several months. I perform strength exercises & rest/recovery periods, but hadn't seen any real improvement. After 5 sessions in the Sauna the firts week I had it, my knee was feeling better and I have started doing lateral lunges which I couldn't do prior to having the sauna.
I like the corner unit and even though it is built for 2, it allows me to adjust my sitting position throughout the session and I can even stretch out my legs. I'm only 5'6", but stretching out is nice.
The assembly was very quick and easy to perform. The shims under the unit in the photo is because my floor slopes significantly. The unit is a perfect fit for my low 82 inch ceilings. I've had the unit for about 3 weeks now.

Purchased this sauna about a month ago (Feb 2026). Delivery was prompt and easy. Mine arrived in three large boxes. The boxes are heavy and require two people to move. Unboxing is very straig' forward. Each box had a label with what was inside. Setup is incredibly simple. Just plop each panel into position, ensure they are connected, and you're done! All in all it took me about an hour from start to finish to get everything set up and running. I had one issue with a part damaged in transit. Customerservice was very responsive and is providing replacement for the damaged part.

I've used the sauna every day (except one) since ten it. Mine is set up in my basement uns around 60 degrees ambient temperature in the winter. Despite this, the sauna heats up pretty quick and holds its temperature really well. I would highly recommend this product!

I have no complaints about the sauna itself. The ordering and delivery process was another story.

I specifically chose a unit that was in stock so I could receive it sooner. Soon as I placed the order I was told it was backordered. Time went by and I obtained a tracking number but it was not for my address. I spent 2 days trying to speak to someone to get clarity as to why the sauna was being delivered to a different city. I was eventually told it was being delivered to a warehouse where then the local team would pick it up, deliver and assemble.
It kept getting delayed, but once it finally arrived to the warehouse, I got no notification, no email or call. I again had to spend a few days trying to get in contact with someone. Then out of nowhere I receive a call from someone who doesn't announce where they're calling from, "when do you want the sauna?". Once I finally set a date and time, they showed up 3 hours earlier unannounced as I was leaving.
Unless communication doesn't matter to you, I would go with another company.

Everything was seamless from ordering, to delivery, to ease of set-up. It's exactly as advertised and I've been using it daily. I'm thrilled with my purchase and have been urging friends and family to make the investment in their own sauna! A total game-changer!

When searching for options for my new home sauna, I'll admit I was somewhat skeptical due to the affordability of this Salus Heat 2 person corner model. While others are charging more than DOUBLE the price, this unit from Salus Heat has NOT DISSAPOINTED in any way, shape, or form. It went together in about 40 minutes, just as promised. Literally took longer to open cartons and unbox than assembly. Ample room for 2 full grown adults and heats up to full potential, again as promised, in 30-40 minutes. This unit is awesome! Perfect finishing touch to our new home gym!

I love my sauna and so happy I decided to get it. The delivery was smooth and it was pretty easy to assemble (definitely needs 2 people for the roof). Just ordered the wood floor tile which makes it even more comfortable
